We are continuing to offer a full emergency dental service, 7 days a week. Our phone line will continue to operate 24/7 and it will always be answered by a real person. We are offering these urgent appointments to new and existing patients alike. We will not be carrying out routine appointments, such as check-ups, during this period in accordance with current guidance.
We are also now offering routine treatments, including hygienist visits. So you can continue your treatments.
We welcome patients from other practices who are unable to open due to the shortage of PPE.
Please contact us on 01223 363277 if you would like to book an appointment with one of our expert dentists.
We are one of the very few practices in Cambridge able to offer emergency dental treatment to help patients in pain, not simply ‘advice’. In fact, we are the only practice to offer this service every single day!
We offer same-day appointments for emergencies, such as toothache. If you are unsure of constitutes an emergency, please do not hesitate to call us on 01223 363277 and we will happily help you. Examples include tooth pain, swelling, infection, trauma and broken teeth, Dental X-Rays
It is important that during these unprecedented times, we do as much as we can to limit the spread of this virus. This is why we simply ask that patients do not attend the practice if they have been asked to self-isolate or have the symptoms of the virus (new, continuous cough and/or fever). We ask that these patients call 111, as per guidance. We also ask that patients do not attend the practice with friends or family, unless necessary, to minimise cross-infection.
Lastly, we thank all our patients for trusting us at this difficult time. All of our dentists and staff are immensely proud to be offering our very important services to help ensure patients do not suffer in pain and doing so safely and taking all necessary precautions. We are constantly reviewing guidance and advice, as this situation evolves, and will continue to communicate with our patients.
