Lost a filling the day before a vacation and the staff was able to squeeze me in... they were super friendly and took great care of me! Glad to have such a great dental office in the area.
Ladies were amazing, knowing I have anxiety they were very explanatory and spoke to me throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend this dentist.
I have been going to this dental office almost for five years. Last time I went there I had insurance I told them I would like to do a feeling I told them I only use my insurance and I cannot pay cash in. They did the feeling and they told me I have to pay $2295 that insurance covered $2000 they still asking me for more money. They don’t even give me to pay the rest of the money they have to send all my information to the collection. Shame on you guys the worst people to deal with.
I had to have a few old filling refilled. The ladies here were amazing warm and comforting. Called me the next day to make sure I was okay, and to make any adjustments that I needed. Everyone was kind and caring. Great experience.
Dr. Shin and the whole office is absolutely amazing!! After neglecting my teeth for a while due to some dental phobia, they got my teeth back in tip top shape! Every staff member in the office is amazing. From the admin team (Cassandra is a rockstar and helped me through some insurance drama), the hygienist did a great job and had me laughing along the way, and the dental assistants and Dr Shin were truly wonderful. Dr. Shin was also extremely gentle from the first freezing needle until I was done I didn’t feel a thing! Thank you to the whole office! I will be a patient here as long as I live in Toronto!
