I had a great experience at Dr. Joy Clinic in BurJuman. Dr. Rachelle, my dentist, is very kind and accommodating. She informed me that her duty hours were only until 7:30 PM, but even though it went past that time due to my insurance approval, she still patiently assisted me. She waited for my X-ray results, carefully explained them to me, and clearly discussed what needs to be done for my teeth. Overall, my first consultation was a very positive experience because of her professionalism and dedication. I’m looking forward to my next visit and hoping it will be just as good.
