This establishment feels hostile and unwelcoming from the moment you walk in. There is a noticeable lack of warmth, respect, and basic professionalism. Every visit has felt tense and unpleasant. There are far better dental offices in Brooklyn that treat patients with courtesy and respect. I would not recommend this practice.
