Our services provide you with individual care, specifically focused on your personal dental wants and needs. We are highly trained and experienced professionals that offer Full-Service Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. If you are a New Patient to our office, the first visit will be approximately 2 hours, during this time we will thoroughly assess your present dental condition, have your teeth cleaned and then discuss any treatment needs or requests you may be considering. Included is a three part questionnaire consisting of patient information, health/medical information, dental insurance, employer details and lastly a signed consent to be treated form. Please allow us to serve you better by arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, with your forms completed.
