I recently visited the dental clinic for a deep cleaning, and I had a great experience from start to finish. Michael, who performed the procedure, did an excellent job. He was incredibly patient, professional, and very caring throughout the entire appointment, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Sandra at the front desk was just as wonderful—warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. She made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Overall, I’m very happy with the care I received and would highly recommend this clinic!

I honestly had such a great experience here. I’m not really a nervous person, but let me tell you… this wisdom tooth extraction was NOT easy 😅 I've gone to other offices where the surgeons say it's very complicated, two of my teeth were basically stuck together, so Dr. Tran ended up having to remove two teeth on my right side. He made me feel super comfortable the entire time, explained things clearly, and somehow managed to keep it calm even though it was a complicated case. I felt very taken care of, which says a lot when you’re literally getting teeth pulled out of your face 🫠😂 Hands down, he’s the best. I would 100% recommend him to anyone. Special shout out to both hygienists, Michael and Danielle, who have cleaned my teeth, they are amazing! 🙌✨

I've been a patient of Origin Dental for a couple of years. The office is clean with the latest equipment. Dr. Tran and the staff are generally pretty friendly. The hygienist, Michael, is great. The reason for a 4-star review is because their front office staff isn't the best. They make a considerable amount of billing errors and they don't communicate or follow-up properly.

Front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful if Origin Dental in my insurance network. The communication was cordial and promptly within a day. Dentist assistant/Karla was very gentle with the scan & X-ray. I also like Michael exam & inform my gums health. Dr Tran was very informative and gentle with his the mumbling injection and fillings. He makes sure I experienced the bite before Ms comeback if it doesn’t fit right! Over the Dr Tran and his team is amazing. The only thing I don’t like is to have 4 sets of retainer. It cost too much. I wish they have an option to get 2 sets. I hope my teeth don’t move or change so the purchase of 4 sets it valuable. Thank you and I am satisfying patient! JennieD

Local to Mira Mesa and have been through many dentists after my long time dentist retired and moved. The previous “work” I had done did more damage to my wallet and mouth. Last year, I was having severe sharp pain (and on a weekend!) I needed to book an appointment fast and be seen ASAP. The previous dentist was on yet another vacation, but I found Origin Dental online. Thumbing through reviews, I knew that I would be taken care of. It was so EASY to book an appointment online and be seen too. A year later, staff continues to be amazing! I used the easy online scheduling (they have a dyslexic format option too- yay me!) checked in online and was seen to. They gave me a courtesy call the day before my appointment and checked me in the following day quickly. They answered all the questions I had and sat me in a separate room when reviewing my insurance/dental invoice. The office is easy to locate with parking and places to eat nearby. Inside they offer free WI-FI, spaced comfortable clean seating and clean modern decor. The office is super relaxing, I know? A dentist office feeling relaxing? It doesn’t even feel or smell like a typical dental office. Everyone there is super knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. I’ve seen both doctors and most of the assistants. They really bump up the experience being sat in that reclining chair. Modern equipment and taking X-rays of your mouth without injuring or cuts, heaven! I use to hate biting down on that nasty hard plastic tab, they would seriously cut my mouth. So it’s nice to not have that at Origin Dental. Highly recommend for anyone of all ages and sensitivities!
