Philip Bradford DDS

I've been a patient of Dr. Bradford's for 7 years and have always been a fan of his. The original office staff was top tier and great to deal with. There has been a lot of turnover with both hygienists and office staff over the last few years. The current office regime is impossible to deal with. I call and leave a message and get no call back. When I finally get a hold of someone they cannot answer any of my questions. The last time I called the office the "office manager" essentially told me she did not care if the office would lose my wife and I as patients. I asked her to tell Dr. Bradford to give me a call and weeks have went with no call back. I'm sure she did not deliver the message. It's a shame as once you find a good dentist you do not want to leave, but I guess I have no choice. Dr. Bradford - your office staff has some of the worst customer service I've witnessed in healthcare.

Dr. Bradford is a great dentist! He’s super professional, and his calming personality helped me feel confident when a few years had gone by without a cleaning. Now I’m never even slightly nervous to walk in for appointments! Dr. Bradford is supervising my Clear Correct teeth straightening and it’s already making a big difference. The entire staff is really professional, friendly and accommodating, too!

Dr. Bradford saved me thousands of dollars and plenty of pain by offering me a free second opinion consultation after I was lied to by another dentist. He later filled the one cavity I had in a very professional manner and 6 months later I had a great experience with a teeth-cleaning. His prices are reasonable, he's personable and the whole staff helpful and friendly.

Everything about Dr Bradford and his staff is top notch! Dr Bradford is 3rd generation dentist and he does excellent work and won’t tell you that you need work you don’t really need. Both hygienists have been wonderful and the front desk is always friendly and accommodating. EVERYTHING here is great.

Dr. Bradford is not only a highly skilled and experienced dentist, but also demonstrates a genuine caring and compassion for his patients. Dr. Bradford is also unusually fair and generous in his billing practices, and therefore quite unlike many of his counterparts in the profession. His dental assistant, Jackie, is also quite phenomenal in her professional skill set, and is always friendly, kind, and helpful. In addition, Christine, in the front office is a pleasure to deal with and very efficient. Dr. Bradford and his staff provide both a high level of care, and a welcoming environment that will ease any sense of anxiety you may have as per your dental visit.
