I am submitting this report to formally document repeated unprofessional behavior and harassment that I have experienced at Providence Physical Therapy over the past five to six years, a period during which I have been a patient longer than many staff members have been employed there. Staff members Rose and Amy repeatedly engaged in inappropriate and flirtatious behavior, asking intrusive questions about my personal life. When I requested that they no longer be assigned to my care, they reacted with childish and retaliatory behavior, demonstrating a clear lack of professional boundaries. Additionally, I have been subjected to racial profiling and unprofessional conduct from staff members such as Mary, while Justin has exhibited envy and engaged in gossip because colleagues preferred my company. Justin has also behaved in an invasive manner, observing me from outside the building before my arrival, a behavior that was noted by both my mentor and my twin sister, who confirmed it as inappropriate. Several staff members have made unqualified and false claims regarding my mental health, including calling me bipolar, telling me take that with a grand of salt despite lacking the credentials to make any such diagnoses. I have also been inaccurately labeled as illiterate, despite my employment with the U.S. Postal Service, a federal position that requires literacy, competency, and passing rigorous exams. These false statements are unprofessional and misleading, and they have caused unnecessary comments they need to be investigated. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Providence Physical Therapy. The combination of harassment, false accusations, unprofessional conduct, and a lack of respect for patient boundaries makes this facility unsafe and untrustworthy. I urge anyone considering care here to seek alternative providers for their safety and well-being.
Very unprofessional. Lady asked me on phone if I was of Spanish descent. I said no and she said sorry they weren't taking new patients. Asked to talk to a head of department. She hung up on .e
You'll probably die before getting any service here. Waited days for results and then the doctor had the nerve to cancel my appt the day before it's scheduled without bothering to reschedule it, mind you I was in pain for weeks waiting to be seen. Don't trust them with your life. I wish I could give them ZERO stars.
I recently was dealing with a bad toothache I couldn’t handle the pain I was unable to eat or drink anything I could barely sleep at night every where I went they were charging me 600 dollars to remove the tooth I came here as my last resort and thankfully to their doctors I no longer have the pain, they instantly helped me and I am forever grateful. Great place not enough recognition they really do work for their patients, they put patients before anything else
The dentist clinic is extremely unprofessional extremely ghetto they have lost my records the doctors there are not polite no manners attitudes really impatient and they will give you a time to go and they’re not even half way done with 3 other patients I had to wait for 1 and a half After my appointment because they were full because they give patients same day and times To go.
