Toothworks Dental Clinic

I’ve been going to Toothworks for years. My office is no longer in the path but I continue to come here because of the service. They do a great job and it’s quick. My appointment is always on time and everything is done within the allotted time. I usually hate getting my teeth cleaned but Hope is gentle and so efficient. She’s also very personable and gives helpful tips to keep your teeth and gums healthy.

I went to this dental practice, Toothworks at 333 Bay, for the very first time in 5+ years—I am a new customer—everyone from the reception to the assistants, hygienists and dentist put my mind at ease. I felt reassured and empowered to invest in my oral health. Hope, my hygienist, is such a kind and talented young woman and I feel I am in very good hands. I’m excited to continue up-keeping my dental health with their help, something I previously never thought was possible. I had a lot of shame and stigma surrounding seeking dental work after going so long without it; some of it intergenerational, majority surrounding finances but the administration top to bottom was extremely helpful in working with my benefits/ coverage and in aiding me to feel entirely comfortable with my decision to get myself sorted. A fabulous team, great for anyone, really, yet in my opinion especially those who may be potentially apprehensive about starting their oral health journey. As an aside; I am neurodivergent and was well accommodated! 5 stars!

I’ve been a patient at Toothworks Bay Adelaide Dental for a while now and have had great experiences with everything from routine cleanings and fillings to major work. I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted at once. The team was very professional throughout the process and helpful in providing the medical notes I needed for my recovery. Their customer service is also outstanding. Highly recommend this clinic for both regular check-ups and more complex dental surgery!

Dr. Brown is amazing! She was very kind and constantly checked on me throughout the treatment. My treatment went beautifully! I totally recommend booking your dental treatments with her!

Everyone is so helpful, responsive and accommodating. I requested to be done by a certain time due to my schedule. They listened and made sure to prioritize so I wouldn't be late for my next appointment. Thank you for providing great service.
