Worst money ever spent. ₹3,50,000 gone on an implant denture at White Zone Clinic that doesn’t even function properly. Every few months another tooth pops off. And guess what—they still charge us for repairs. The receptionist Geeta is unbelievably rude. Doesn’t answer properly, won’t give appointments, and blocks access to the doctor. Dr. Krishna Kali couldn’t explain the failures, and Dr. Panda vanished after treatment. Absolutely no after-care. No responsibility. We feel completely helpless dealing with this place.

Dr. Gourab Ghosh was absolutely amazing! He handled my mom’s dental issue with great care and professionalism. She had three teeth removed, and the entire procedure was done smoothly and painlessly. We truly appreciate his gentle approach and expertise. Highly recommended!

White Zone Clinic is honestly the worst dental experience of our lives. We spent ₹3,50,000 on an implant denture that has been failing NON-STOP. Every few months another tooth falls off like it’s made of cheap plastic, and instead of taking responsibility, they shamelessly charge us again and again for repairs. Dr. Krishna Kali (the one who made it) couldn’t even explain why everything kept failing — she looked as confused as we were every time. Dr. Panda, who handled the treatment, disappeared after one or two time being there sibce things went wrong. And the receptionist Ms. Geeta is unbelievably rude. No answers, no support, no appointments — just attitude. She acts like she owns the place and we are disturbing her by simply asking for help. Post-treatment instructions? ZERO. Follow-up care? ZERO. Responsibility? ZERO. They don’t even let us speak to the doctor now. We are left helpless with a failing implant denture and no one in this clinic cares. Absolute nightmare. Never trusting this clinic again.
