Our patients are very important to us, and we welcome your views. We will discuss your treatment with you and agree a treatment plan. We will explain the costs and will keep you informed should there be any changes to the proposed treatment.

Our team of staff is happy to offer assistance to patients whenever necessary. We are unable to offer treatment to those patients in wheelchairs and with mobility difficulties, as we do not have a ground floor surgery available. However, we can refer patients to our North Walsham Practice, Grovefield Dental Surgery, where a downstairs surgery is available. Please contact reception for further details.

Cross infection standards in this practice are exceptionally high, and every necessary precaution is taken to safeguard both patients and staff. Disposable items are used wherever possible, and all dental instruments are sterilised under HTM01-05 regulations.

We take patient confidentiality extremely seriously and all personal information is dealt with in accordance with our Practice Confidentiality Policy.

If you are coming to the practice from the direction of the Grapes Hill Roundabout (marked in red on the map) take the Cleveland Road exit signposted for the Forum and St. Giles. Take the Second left down Willow Lane, you will come out on a hill, turn right to the bottom of the road, turn right again and you will be on a cobbled street. This is Pottergate. Drive straight down and you will be able to pull up on the right hand side of the road opposite the practice on the left. (This route is marked on the map in green)

If you are parked in St. Giles car park you will need to exit the car park and turn left down Upper Goat Lane (it does not look like it goes anywhere) this will bring you out on Pottergate, turn right and drive down to the practice. (This route is marked on the map in blue)

If you are parked in St. Andrews you will need to turn onto Duke Street to the roundabout, take the first exit, you will come to another roundabout, again, take the first exit, keep in the left hand lane, you will see a turning on your left just before Toys ‘R’ Us, turn down here, at the end of this road go straight over onto a cobbled street. Turn right at the top of this road and you will be on St. Benedicts street follow this to the top and round to the left. Keep following and it will take you onto Pottergate. Follow the road down and pull up on the right opposite the practice on the left hand side. (This route is marked on the map in purple)
