Dr. Cassandra at Jurong West Branch is a very caring and professional dentist. She takes time to check on the patient’s well-being before treatment and explains every step clearly during the procedure, which helps to reassure patients and reduce anxiety. From my initial dental appointment for cleaning and check up, to my wisdom teeth extraction, the team provided great care and was always helpful and friendly. Dr Felicia made me feel reassured even when I got anxious during the extraction itself. The reception staff answered all my questions to ease my concerns for aftercare following the extraction too. Dr Nicholas was my dentist and throughout the whole procedure he was very patient and kind in explaining the whole procedure with me. Did some scalling & polishing and I think it’s very efficient. Previously I did my braces in this clinic as well since it’s within my neighbourhood and the rates are pretty affordable as well. Great receptionist and great dentist. Super warm and friendly, highly recommend!!
