Staff was wonderful, extremely respectful

Well, my mother was charged an extra $125 for services that were “not covered” by her insurance. This was after. She was not informed of the price change. She was again charged $136 in the mail. She called to address this issue which took them 3 weeks to call her back. While waiting for my cleaning, another person was addressing this in person. I called two weeks ago to address this and still waiting for my call back. But they were quick to tell me how important it is to respond to texts so we’re not cancelled. Pathetic! My dental tech on the other hand is an Angel.

I had such a positive experience at this office. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The dentist and hygienist took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, and I really appreciated how educational and transparent they were throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured into unnecessary treatment, they were very conservative and honest about what actually needed to be done and what could wait. They also explained the costs clearly upfront, which I really valued. Overall, I felt comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend!

Alegra is the best! I had a n emergency tooth problem and they were diligent in getting me in. They called me every time there was a cancellation - I have never experienced that because it was always me having to call to see there there was a cancellation. I called on a mom and they had me in the chair by Thursday. They would have had me in the chair on Tuesday but due to other Dr appts I was unable to take that one. They are a wonderful group and so friendly but also very professional. I highly recommend Alegra Dental!

The entire staff was professional. Shaundine did a great job explaining what she was doing. The issues that need to be addressed. If you are looking for a new dental office look no further.

I absolutely adore the front staff. They're friendly, helpful & accommodating. The techs are very thorough and informative and the dentist explains what's going on and is really kind and efficient. I will definitely keep returning for business here.

Taylor my CDT and Dr. Garcia were great. The exam went well and I didn't leave with any soreness or sensitivity. I'll be back for my 6 month checkup!

The Dental Hygienists are excellent! The front desk team is well organized, and always ready to answer questions and help you get the appointment date and time you need. I live near several dental practices, but Alegre is the best. Thanks to Montana and Taylor, my favorite Hygienists!
