Going to the dentist isn't generally a pleasant experience. But going here really eases the process. All the staff is amazing from front desk to the dentists themselves. And their prices are very reasonable. Will continue to go here for years to come.

This is the best dental office I’ve experienced so far! The staff is incredibly friendly, the office is clean and welcoming, and they made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs!

I’ve had very mixed experiences here from the time I started visiting 2 1/2 years ago. I originally started coming here for severe sensitivity and pain after getting dental work done at a different office. I’d come every 3-4 weeks because it wasn’t getting better, and all I would get were bite adjustments even though I explained and was 100% sure that wasn’t the issue. Finally my 4th or 5th visit in, I saw Dr. Garcia which in my experience has been the best dentist I’ve seen over 5 different dental offices in AZ within several years. He has been the only one ever able to identify and fix any issues and seems to have fixed most of my dental issues. He crowned my upper rightmost molar and redid the filling next to it as well as redid another filling that had a ”pit” in it that no one else caught. There was still one of 4 teeth that was still experiencing pain while chewing. I came back weeks later to find a solution for it and again got another adjustment from the initial provider on a DIFFERENT tooth than the one I pointed out was sensitive. I decided to stop coming to this office after that because it seemed aside from Dr. Garcia, I was being dismissed every time I came. 2 years later, the filling on my 2nd molar falls out so I have my new dentist fill it and suddenly there’s a gap in between my crown and 2nd molar where food is getting stuck into and digging into my gums, causing my gums to swell and be in pain. My new dentist admits he doesn’t believe he has the skill to do a tighter filling. No problem as I believe dental work isn’t easy to perform, so I decide to go back to Arizona Biltmore Dentistry since that was where I’d gotten the filling done before. The provider is clearly visibly annoyed I refused anesthetic, refills the tooth and then practically jumps out of his chair and storms out of the room immediately after finishing which was just an uncomfortable experience. I went to go eat after that to test the filling, and there’s literally no difference lol. I call in a few weeks after I come back from vacation and am set up with a new provider. This one was very nice and walked me through the xrays to explain what his course of action would be and that was to redo the crown to make it larger instead of redoing the filling. It was refreshing to actually have a dentist explain things and give insight that made sense. After some thought, I decided not to have the work done here because it has been less than 3 years since my crown, so it’s frustrating to have to pay again even though the crown itself looks perfectly fine and also when I was told the crown is supposed to be semi-permanent or even permanent. The cost of the filling here was also priced higher than other offices. I won’t cheap out on quality dental work, but I don’t want to keep having it all redone and still having to pay for it. It’s unfortunate because Dr. Garcia was amazing and the most recent provider I saw was friendly, but I don’t think I can trust to have anything else done here.

This was my first time at Arizona Biltmore Dentistry. I found everyone to be welcoming, kind, and hospitable, from the front desk staff to the nurses and doctors. They were all very helpful and wonderful. I truly appreciate your warm treatment and excellent service. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience.

Beyond just a business, this place feels like so much more than a typical dental office. From day one, I’ve felt genuinely valued and cared for, and it’s clear they prioritize top-quality care in everything they do. Thanks to Lexi!!! My teeth have never looked better, and somehow they’ve made the whole experience enjoyable—something I never thought I’d say about going to the dentist. For anyone who usually dreads cleanings and checkups, this office completely changes that perception. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a better dental experience.

My experience with Arizona Biltmore Dentistry was awesome! They have easy new patient paperwork done before appointment. The hygienist Alexia was amazing. Dr. Grover very professional took his time to explain what dental work I needed. Ended up getting my wisdom teeth taken out and by far he did amazing. My previous dentist wanted me to see an oral surgeon. Made the right choice in coming here. Carla was also amazing explaining the coverage on my insurance and my copay. Over all I am happy with my experience with this dental office. Very welcoming.

I had a dentist appointment today and overall it was a good experience. Jamie, who did the cleaning on my teeth, did an outstanding job. The whole process was quick, easy, and very thorough. Jamie was professional, efficient, and made the appointment comfortable from start to finish. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went during the cleaning. The front desk experience, however, could use a little improvement. While everything was handled correctly, the welcome wasn’t very warm. I understand it was early in the morning, but when you’re working at the front desk and interacting with clients, it’s important to be ready to greet and welcome everyone who walks in. A more friendly and inviting attitude would really make the overall experience even better. That said, Jamie’s excellent work definitely stood out and made the visit worthwhile.

This is my 3rd visit to this practice with a different hygienist and dentist each visit. Today I had a wonderful experience with Dr Witt and hygienist Liz. I’ve had sensitive teeth my whole life, worsening in recent years. Due to moving for school and work every few years coupled with larger dental practices where continuity is not central, I’ve had probably 6 different dentists in my adult life and Dr Witt is the first one to take me seriously and assess my teeth before making a plan to address my sensitivity. I’m so glad he happened to be on today so I have a treatment plan for my sensitive teeth for the first time. Liz was so professional, knowledgeable, and gentle with my sensitive teeth. Hoping to have continuity with this team now that I’ve found them as I had been considering switching to a smaller practice before today just so I’d know the team taking care of me from one visit to the next.

Hmmm. Well, they seemed forthright enough. Showed me pictures of things needing to be fixed. Small, early onset cavities and a slight tooth fracture. All things I later verified, with a quick online search, if that even means anything! Told me it was apparent i was not doing the things I should (floss etc., which I indeed do not do.) Prices don't seem exorbitant, but perhaps that is a clouded assessment based on my insurance deductions. Hard to say. Still its dentistry. No one likes it and no one likes paying the bills. With all of that being said I would say it was proper 4/5.

I have the WORST dental anxiety, usually causing me to span long periods of time between cleanings and having to be sedated during the smallest procedures, but the people at Arizona Biltmore Dentistry have all been extremely understanding and patient with me. I was extremely nervous for my last cleaning, and Kayla did an AMAZING job! She was quick and efficient and was done before I could spiral into full blown anxiety. I'm now on a regular cleaning schedule and feel much more confident about my dental health. I highly recommend coming here if you're a wimp when it comes to the dentist! :)
