About Bay Area Dental & Implant Center

Bay Area Dental & Implant Center is a west San Jose practice on Forest Avenue, in the Bascom-Forest area near Santana Row and the Valley Fair retail core. For patients in central and west San Jose — Burbank, Buena Vista, Rose Garden, and the broader Bascom corridor — having an implant-focused practice in this part of the city means consultations and follow-ups don't require driving down to south San Jose or out to the East Valley for every appointment in what's typically a multi-month implant treatment plan stretched across several stages.

You can have a single missing tooth replaced with an implant here, or move to a full-arch restoration like All-on-4 — four implants supporting a complete set of teeth, typically used when traditional dentures aren't holding up. Bone grafting and oral surgery are handled in-house, which keeps the treatment timeline tight when imaging shows your jaw bone needs structural work before a fixture can be placed. Full mouth rehabilitation is the option when individual implants aren't enough and a coordinated implant-and-prosthetic plan across the whole mouth is the cleaner answer.

If you live or work in west San Jose, near Santana Row, or in the Bascom-Forest corridor and want a local implant practice rather than driving across the Valley, this is a sensible first consultation.

On cost, central San Jose implant practices typically price between South Bay chain offices and the more boutique Silicon Valley specialty centers. A consultation here is where you get a real quote tied to your specific case rather than a generic price band. Patients researching cost-effective dental implants in San Jose under $3,000, single tooth implant cost in San Jose, CA, or budget dental implant clinics in San Jose typically arrive with budget questions and leave with a structured breakdown including imaging, the implant fixture, the abutment, and the crown as separate line items.

A west San Jose implant practice on Forest Avenue in the Bascom-Forest area, offering single-tooth implants, full-arch restorations, bone grafting, and full mouth rehabilitation — useful for west-and-central San Jose patients near Santana Row and the Valley Fair retail core.

I had a crown lengthening procedure done by Dr. Kazemi, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the results. She was incredibly personable and immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her knowledge and skill were evident at every step, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely happy with the results and highly recommend her to anyone needing periodontal care!

I was suffering from gum recession due to aggressively brushing my teeth for years and it got to a very serious stage. But thankfully I had a consultation with Dr.Kazemi who answered all my questions/concerns meticulously and patiently. She is very informative as well as everyone on her team they helped scheduled my surgery 2 weeks after the initial consultation I’m very grateful for the swift scheduling. I was nervous at first before the procedure but pumpkin (the emotional support pup)was a huge help. Plus the procedure itself was fairly quick and minimally invasive not at all what I imagined. The recovery process was also a lot easier than I thought as well, I had slight pain and swelling for only 2-3 days. After healing my gum line looks almost new but it still has a very natural look it doesn’t even look like I had work done. Safe to say I’m extremely happy with my results. I also wanted to thank the whole team from the receptionist who helped me set up my appointments to the dental assistants who informed me on the dos and don'ts for after my procedure and to pumpkin for being so sweet. Truthfully one of the best practices I’ve ever been to everyone is very informed and patient and I will be coming back for all my dental needs.

I always have such a great experience here! The hygienists do an amazing job with my cleanings, thorough but still gentle. I’m also doing Invisalign, and the whole process has been smooth and clearly explained every step of the way. The team is friendly, professional, and truly cares about their patients. Highly recommend!

I am happy to give Bay Area Dental and Implant Center, and specifically Dr. Kazemi, five stars. No one wants to have to go through anything more than a scheduled cleaning at the dentist. When they let me know that my previous root canal on my front tooth was no longer viable and I would have to pull the tooth out, I was needless to say, pretty upset. (Rest assured , I did seek a second opinion.) Once Dr. Kazemi assured me of today’s advances in tooth implants and her experiences in doing the surgery, I felt in good hands. She understood how I felt and appreciated my concerns. Dr. Kazemi fashioned a temporary crown so that my smile and speech was almost unchanged! This is not a quick process. But I know that Dr. Kazemi is only a text away and available, leaving me optimistic and assured of a great outcome. — Alex

I had a gum graft with Dr. Kazemi and she did an exceptional job. Prior to my gum graft surgery, I was dealing with gum recession that kept getting worse after having braces twice, due to the dental expansion causing trauma to my gums. I also had pain when brushing and flossing, and my gums would bleed easily, even during routine cleanings. Recovery went very smoothly. I only had about 3–4 days of mild pain/swelling and about a week of soft foods/liquids. After healing, the recession is completely corrected and my gums look very natural - not bulky, not obvious, just like my original gums but healthier and more aesthetic. (Photo: top is before and bottom is after) The consultation went well too. Dr. Kazemi is very informative, friendly, and she took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. My surgery was scheduled about a month after my consultation, so I really appreciated the quick turnaround. The rest of the team (front desk, assistants, and general dentists) has also been amazing. They are always prompt with scheduling, informative about recommended treatments/products, and always up to date on my case. They’re also just genuinely friendly people to chat with. And of course, Pumpkin (Dr. Kazemi’s dog) is the best office mascot and always makes my day. 🐶🎃 Overall, I’m really happy to see my smile restored and to be able to clean my teeth pain-free again! I also really appreciate the excellent care, attention to detail, and bedside manner here, and I’ll definitely be coming back more often for future checkups.
