I was a little nervous about having two root canals and a filling, but Dr. H. Grady Swicord made the entire experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to my comfort were truly exceptional. I also want to thank the two dental assistants who helped during my visit. Although I didn't catch their names, they were both incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive throughout the procedure. The front desk staff also deserve recognition for being so welcoming and accommodating. This office has an outstanding team, and every visit reminds me why I continue to come here. The level of care and customer service never fails to impress me. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality dental care.

My experience with Birmingham Family Dentist is always a great experience. From the dentist to the hygienist is always very pleasant nice and caring. From start to finish is great. They are always knowledgeable about their work, and let you know what to expect before they start any procedure The front desk staff is always pleasant nice and professional. I had an extraction today and the staff was absolutely wonderful. They got me in and hour in an hour. While the experience was uncomfortable it was as comfortable as it could have been thanks to the dentist and care team. They use a topical numbing gel before doing the shots and it was totally easy. My tooth, like the rest of me, was stubborn and needed extra help but they were very comforting! Will definitely be back for my cleanings

Today was our first experience with Birmingham Family Dental. I am very thankful. My daughter had a very bad toothache that was making it hard for her to rest. After 2 days of looking for emergency Dentist and being let down 3 times (scheduled but still couldn't see her for one reason or another). I was informed about this location from the last failed appointment. We were welcomed with caring individuals and the process didn't take long at all. They had compassion on us and was very professional. They allowed me to be with my daughter, which reduced her anxiety and mine. I felt very included every step of the way. She was able to get the treatment she needed with no hassle or rescheduling. We both felt safe and I was happy to see her smile through the process. I just want to say thank you guys again for everything (from the front staff to the treatment room). Thank you Dr. K. McPeak for being knowledgeable and treating my baby with care.

I can’t say enough good things about Birmingham Family Dental Services. From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. Hygienist Talina Gibbs is phenomenal. She’s thorough, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. Dr. Sollenberger is just as impressive. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel confident in your care. Their skill, attention to detail, and bedside manner are top-notch. If you’re looking for a dentist you can trust, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

By far the best dental experience I have ever had. I had an unexpected dental emergency on a Sunday and Birmingham Family Dental Services was one of the only places open. Not only did they get me in, but they stayed a little later to make sure I was taken care of. From that moment on, everything about my experience was outstanding. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and professional. From the front desk to everyone you pass in the hallway, you feel genuinely cared for. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you are comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Luna handled my emergency visit and was excellent. Dr. Swicord completed my follow-up treatment and made the entire process smooth and pain-free. He took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I felt at ease the entire time. A special shoutout to Caitlyn, the dental assistant, who was absolutely phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure I understood everything while keeping me comfortable throughout the process. They were able to get me scheduled quickly, provide a temporary solution, and complete my final crown within a couple of weeks. The entire process was efficient, professional, and stress-free. Because of this experience, I will be switching to Birmingham Family Dental Services moving forward. I cannot recommend them enough.

The best dental experience ever. I had a dental emergency with my crown coming completely off from another dentist office. Dr. Outlaw not only reattached the crown but also showed me where I needed a root canal procedure, he finished the root canal and reattached my crown in a very short period of time which allowed me to make it to work on time and completely pain free! I cannot be more thankful and I highly recommend Birmingham Family Dental. Dr. Outlaw and my hygienist who I didn’t get her name were wonderful, professional and really nice. She is of Asian descent.

Whitney brown was amazing, from the time I walked In her attitude was polite and friendly and welcoming. She complimented on my outfit and made me feel as though we was friends and I’ve been coming here for years but this was my first visit. She was knowledgeable about the process and informed me on my doctor who was also very nice and kind. They worked with me on payment plans. This dentist is EVERYTHING. And now my new home!
