Bivens Orthodontics was great! We been coming for several years to expand and straighten with Invisalign. They did a fantastic job from start to finish and the result is a beautiful smile. They were thorough in the process, easy with making appointments that worked for our schedule. And the staff was always great to work with. Highly recommend.

Bivens Ortho is wonderful! I have been taking my kids here for a few years now and we just love the staff and the Doctors Kandice usually helps us and she is so personable and a very sweet person. She is gentle and very kind with my kids. The soda bar is always a treat too. Definitely worth checking out. 😀

I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects good service. The clinic seems very hyped, and maybe because of that the staff doesn’t really try. I had Invisalign done there and after finishing the treatment I was told to wear retainers every night. However, as soon as I took them off, my teeth started shifting almost immediately, literally within an hour. I went back and explained that this shouldn’t be happening, but they told me I needed retreatment, which would cost the same as what I originally paid. I expected proper follow-up care or a correction at no additional cost, given that the treatment clearly did not hold.

My eldest is on the spectrum and was very anxious prior to her consultation for braces. To our surprise, we walked in to a warm welcome sign on the counter with her name on it! Both of my daughters felt so welcomed and reassured as we met with two lovely staff members that explained everything thoroughly and eased their minds. The girls get their braces on soon and I think we made a great choice when we chose Bivens Orthodontics. Thank you for a wonderful first experience!!

I would highly recommend Invisalign at Bivens! I had braces as a child and over the years, my teeth shifted. I thought I only had an issue with a couple of teeth, but once the scans were performed, I saw more misalignment than with the naked eye. After a few of months of treatment, my teeth are nearly perfect. Still a little ways to go with detailed retainers but I am ecstatic with my results and am very happy with the investment I made with my smile.
