What a great experience I had with Dr Van and her two technicians Carol and Ashley. I went in for 8 fillings in total I was terrified and have very bad anxiety. They made me feel so comfortable and calm I honestly didn’t feel a thing. They have a very gentle touch. I highly recommend Brandon Complete dental care

I had Susan as a hygienist and she was fantastic. I have had her many times over my time here for 4 years and keeps me coming back. Everyone is nice and the doctors take good care of me.

I have been going to this dentist office for over 24 yrs and have never considered going anywhere else. Dr. Richard Assing Sr and his employees are talented beyond measure and every experience is a pleasant one. My cleaning visits every 6 months with my dental hygienist Dom are not stressful and very thorough. Dom is friendly and explains the answers to all my questions. All my visits are pain free and I leave confident that my teeth are well taken care of.

Literally the BEST dentist practice I’ve ever experienced. I’ve come for a number of procedures from cleanings to extractions to an implant to having braces placed and ever experience was 10/10. Dr. ASSING,, Dr. BOTELLA and my favorite dental technician ASHLEY made each experience as pleasant as it could be, explaining every step along the way. One of the best things about this practice is that it’s open on Saturdays and the friendly staff, superb is an understatement! Thank you for making me feel calm and welcoming on every visit.😊

Proud to say I have finally found a Dental office I can call my dental home. The staff is amazing, front desk ladies are great. My hygienist Giselle is always so friendly and gives great dental advice and the fact that I only see her for my cleanings, she remembers me and makes me feel comfortable while discussing dental needs. My children are patients as well and always a great experience. Definitely recommend!!!

Had a great experience! Dr. Van did two crowns and two fillings for me - I had a very easy recovery and no pain during the procedure! She was truly so nice and helpful answering questions. The office staff is also very friendly. I have already referred other friends/family to go see her!

Hello, I’ve been going to this dentists for maybe 4-5 years now. I want to first state I’m not providing this rating because of the dentists, or the hygienist, because Dr Butala is amazing and the girl who did my last cleaning are my favs for sure, so 5-stars. This has to do with the billing practices and their business judgement. I went in around Oct-Nov 2025. The dentist came in the room and localized the tooth. She left to tend to other patients however in the interim, I had a horrific reaction to the numbing agent, to the point of vomiting, heart palpitations dizziness etc.. to sum this up I thought I was going to have a heart attack. God willing, it passed. So needless to say, I did not have service rendered this day, I rescheduled. I later visited the office and the dentist used a different numbing agent and completed the service. Now I am receiving a bill for my 1st visit. What?! Seriously, whatever was injected into me was enough to cause a immediate health scare.., now I’m being billed for it. The dental clinic should be greatful I’m not an ambulance chaser and trying to bring a lawsuit. This is very unfair and I’ve asked for the dentist to personally call me to request a waiver of the small bill and never received a response back.

The BEST! I did not go to the dentist for years because I was kind of afraid of it. Everybody at this location makes you feel so welcome and warm. And I know this is odd to say, but it's actually fun here! Everyone that works there is so nice! I always get my cleanings with Melanie who is just the absolute sweetest person but everybody else that I have dealt with there has also been so nice! Great job to all! Not easy to do that at a dentist office and you guys nail it!

I’ve been to this practice twice and am very pleased. The office staff is friendly and the entire building seems clean. One of the most important things for me is timeliness. I arrived about 15 minutes early for both appointments and they got me in early both times. Everything seems to run very efficiently and all staff members I encountered were friendly. My first appt was for X-rays and cleaning. The hygienist Kim was very gentle and thorough. I met Dr. Butala to review my X-rays and I shared that I had some sensitivity in a very old filling and we decided it was best to replace it so I made a follow up appt. My second appt was to have the filling replaced and Dr. Butala talked me through each step. She numbed me first with a topical strip and followed with an injection. I had absolutely no discomfort whatsoever! She was done in about 20 minutes and my bite feels perfect. All in all I very pleased with this dentist office and feel like they value customers time and happiness. I highly recommend this practice.
