I had an excellent experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very organized. The front desk made the check-in process smooth and easy, and they were very helpful with scheduling and answering my questions. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. Jessica took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable during the entire visit. I really appreciated how gentle and careful she was, especially since I was nervous about my tooth pain. The entire team works together so efficiently and truly cares about their patients.

This was my first experience with procedures like root canal and crowns. I was always worried about the pain of the procedure. And then I came here. I forgot all my fears. I was greeted very friendly literally from the front door. I received service as quickly as possible. The doctor and I discussed the treatment plan. Everything went perfectly throughout! Exceptional professionals work here! I was even sad when they told me it was the last day of treatment for now. Very friendly staff! Very knowledgeable and professional staff! I will recommend you to everyone! Thank you so much!!!

Wonderful staff and doctor! Attentive, efficient, and cleaning was painless. I felt listened to, and all my questions were answered. Im usually a chicken when it comes to dentists office, I felt very comfortable and my worries went away. My husband also had an appointment, and he agrees with me when I say, we found our new dentist. Thank you Bright White dental!

This is an excellent dental office. They are run so well! Natalya at reception is lovely & so professional. Your appointment time is respected & no one in my family has ever waited more than a few minutes to see the doctor. They have wonderful dentists & my recent visit with Dr. Amy was stellar. She is a doctor who truly listens. I highly recommend this office for adults & children.

If you are trying to see Dr.Salamon Rafailov - I do not recommend him. He doesn't check his patients properly. All the work being done by his assistants. Cheap and comfortable for him, right? You want to get a procedure - he refuses doing that, only because he want you to get out-of-pocket one. He doesn't care about your feelings and needs, just wants to get as much money as possible. Coming to patients covered in powder from another patients. Yuck. If you don't use insurance - he will be all over you, almost dancing around. Overall workers are nice, I'm talking about assistants and receptionists. They are welcoming and warm. Didn't have any issues with them. There's always a line. You make an appointment but you getting in 30-60 minutes later, sometimes even more. Why not to get more workers if you can't process all the customers in time?
