I had an excellent experience with Dr. Nelson and staff. She provided truly top notch care and made the entire visit comfortable and stress free. Her assistant Holly started me off with her warm & caring demeanor. Holly made me feel very relaxed and assured me that I was in the best of care!! Dr. Nelson & Holly’s professionalism, attention to detail and genuine concern for patient care really stood out. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson and staff. Last, but not least, the front office staff was truly amazing as well. Explained thoroughly what my insurance covered, etc. Shout out to the whole team!!

I’ve been going to this dentistry since I was in middle school. Many of my family members, including my daughter, come to this dentistry as well. I love this place, Dr. Nelson is wonderful, and the staff here are awesome!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honestly, I never thought I'd be the type to rave about a dentist... but here I am. I came to Broadway Family & Cosmetic Dentistry needing some serious work done. Not exactly a fun situation. But from the minute I walked through the door, something felt different. The staff greeted me like they actually knew me, and that warmth never let up the entire time I was there on every appointment. Dr. Nelson and her staff are the real deal. I was walked through everything before a single tooth was touched, what they was doing, why they was doing it, and what I'd need to do at home afterward. I didn't feel like just another appointment on her calendar. She genuinely cared about how I was doing, and that came through in every interaction. And the actual work? Practically pain-free. I'm not exaggerating. I've had dental work done before that, in this same building years ago that left me dreading the chair for years...years, this was nothing like that at all! Getting seen was easy too. Scheduling was smooth, I wasn't sitting in the waiting room forever, and nobody hit me with surprise costs. They were upfront about pricing from the start, which I really appreciated. The aftercare instructions were clear and thorough. Dr. Nelson made sure I actually understood how to take care of everything before I left. That kind of follow-through matters. I'm genuinely grateful I found this place. If you're on the fence about where to go, just come here. Dr. Nelson and her staff are the kind of people you want in your corner.

I went there today to get my front tooth fixed. I chipped it a couple of years ago. I have anxiety around going to the dentist so I was putting it off. I came here after they were recommended to me. Everyone was so nice and they did an amazing job fixing my tooth the color and the shape look so natural. It was also affordable with no insurance. I can’t recommend them enough!

I took my mum to Broadway Dentistry. She was very anxious but the staff was friendly , smiling and made her comfortabe. The place is clean ,we were seen within a few minutes. The dentist and her assistant were very knowledgeable and took their time explaining everything to us and we never felt rushed. I will definitely go back .
