Dr. Dughly has been excellent with my dental work the past 3 years. She is kind, patient and makes sure you are comfortable during dental procedures. All of the staff at Cedar Smiles Dental is friendly, helpful and great at what they do.

I had a wonderful time! I usually am terrified to go to the dentist but i felt so comfortable & accommodated. I’m thankful for them because my teeth feel so so much better! ALSO IT IS A JUDGE FREE/ANXIETY FREE ZONE! I also love the music! Very calming. I LOVE CEDAR SMILES. I love DR Wu & her whole team. Front desk is pleasant! ❤️

My insurance chose this place after renewal. When I called to make an appointment, they had availability, made my appointment, and all was well. However, after my first visit, I was told they needed to send pre-approval to my insurance for a cleaning; we'll call you. The insurance denied the pre-approval two days later. The same day I called and was told they had zero information and would call me when they knew more. The day before that, I was told I'd be called in the morning; that didn't happen either. It's been over a week now, and I called my insurance, which is how I even knew the request was denied because they sent inadequate X-rays. No one in that office notified me even after I asked. I called again; I got placed on hold after asking a question about when the preapproval and correct X-rays would be sent to my insurance. I wasn't asked for any of my info, and was transferred to someone else without warning. Cute, clean office, messy staff.

My first time here and I love this office! They were kind, swift, and super efficient. Highly Recommend!

I've had some pretty horrific dental experiences, so I was scared going in. Dr. D and the whole staff made me feel heard, understood and well taken care of. I've had 2 dental procedures so far that went so well, i'm not scared to go to the dentist anymore. Thanks Cedar Smiles. Your professionalism and empathy mean the world to me.

Dr. Dughly is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout my visit. Maggie is incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, and she goes above and beyond to make sure patients feel at ease. The entire office is friendly, efficient, and caring. It’s clear that they truly value their patients and provide exceptional dental care. I highly recommend Dr. Dughly and Maggie to anyone looking for a dentist who is both skilled and compassionate.

My first time ever experiencing cedar smiles was today for a chipped tooth. As a new patient the first interaction with front desk worker Bianca was professional and smooth. She got me scheduled same day and was so patient with me. After check in I met DA Maggie who was a delight and very informative and Shantice discussed pricing with me in such an eloquent way and got me scheduled for my cleaning appt with a smile on her face. Now for DR.D she was professional and personable making my experience the best it’s ever been at any dentist office. I will definitely be making this my new dental home. Thank you again for all your hard work ladies!

I've had a lot of bad experiences with dental practices in the past. Cedar Smiles has been great through and through. Great staff and doctors. They have made me comfortable enough to continue coming in for treatment, would absolutely recommend them.
