Attractive offer, but with hidden conditions. I contacted this office because I was interested in the advertised implant offer for $1,790, but I later found out that the price comes with conditions, including a membership. In the end, rather than feeling like a clear offer, it feels more like a hook to get people’s attention. For treatments this expensive, transparency should be there from the very beginning.

I went to Implant Center of Miami – Pompano Beach location expecting a professional and detailed evaluation of my dental case from Dr. David Cabazon. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. After spending about 30 minutes taking X-rays and doing exams with the assistant (who was actually very kind), the doctor spent only a few minutes with me. The consultation felt more like a quick appearance to approve a treatment estimate than a true patient-focused evaluation. The explanation about my condition was very superficial, and I had to get most of the information by asking questions myself. When I mentioned discomfort in one of my molars, I was told it was “nothing,” even though I was clearly experiencing pain and discomfort. What concerned me the most was later finding out — after asking the assistant to confirm it with the doctor since he had already left the room — that my treatment should actually begin with orthodontics before even considering an implant. I believe this type of guidance should come directly from the doctor from the very beginning, as it is part of providing ethical and comprehensive patient care. I felt the focus was mainly placed on the implant itself, while other important aspects of my treatment were overlooked. As a patient, you expect to feel heard, properly guided, and genuinely cared for, especially with such delicate treatments. I hope my experience encourages other patients to ask every necessary question before making a decision… or better yet, consider getting a second opinion from another doctor.

Dr herzog is the best . I want you to know not only does she care about her patients, she also cares about you, your health and well being . I live 3,000 miles away but the prices and care can’t be beat . She makes everyone feel like family best dentistry hands down .

In addition, I have to give kudos to other members of Dr. Herzog's team, like Scott and Alicia, and especially Dr. Danni! With multiple locations serving Miami-Dade and Broward counties, you can't go wrong if you're looking for a dentist who combines world-class skill with genuine compassion in well-run, friendly offices. I highly recommend Dr. Herzog and her team!

The front desk team led by Glenda are undoubtedly professional, upbeat and great to be around. I had my teeth whiten last week and I could not be happier with the results. If you’re hesitating don’t!
