I can’t even articulate what a wonderful group of people they are at Central Valley. Sura, Alexis and Melissa all went above and beyond to make my experience the best it could be. The amount of care and preparation to make sure everything was as comfortable as could be and went as smoothly as possible was evident. Dr B is simply incredible. His bed side manner, and wonderful sense of humor, patience and above all impressive skill level are truly a gift. I had to have dentures placed due to a medication that took my teeth. I have had one tooth removed before and came out with significant swelling before from other dentists. Dr B was so gentle that I did not swell at all and I am so utterly grateful and impressed by his gentleness and care. From the minute you walk in, you feel this office is different, everyone is happy and I appreciate them so much! ❤️ I highly recommend them, especially if you have had past dental trauma and need a gentle caring dentist. Thank you Dr. B for being so patient and so wonderful!

First off, the lobby area is absolutely beautiful. Modern, chic, yet cozy. Alexis at reception is absolutely the perfect representative for the office team. I was greeted with a welcoming smile. As a new patient it is so important to feel like you matter, and immediately I felt like I had been a patient for years. Then I had the amazing opportunity to meet with Sura for my consultation. I was so nervous, but she took the time to take me step by step of what this journey to repair my smile will entail. She made me feel like this is really going to happen for me, and that the team would do all they could to ensure that my dream of smiling without embarrassment, would be a reality. I was looking for a new dentist and also someone to look at a minor chipped tooth and I am so glad I found Central Valley dentistry. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment I felt welcomed. My dental hygienist Zaina made me feel so comfortable and talked me through every step. She was very kind and educational. Dr. B was very caring as well and explained things well. Cannot recommend them enough!

Amazing place!!! My biggest fobia has always been the dentist offices since being a kid back in El Salvador, I was there with a lots of toothache about a weeks ago, and called and was able to schedule a these same day appointment which it was an emergency 🚨 they took me in and ma Kanya made me feel every welcome and comfortable. The procedure was a success and even though I was very scare at the beginning, I still had a great time with Alexys at the front desk such an amazing customer service experience made feel like I knew this nice lady for years. Special shoutout to melynda and the girls who got me prepped before the procedure. Thank you doctor B 👏🏻🙌🏼 Great team!!

The team at Central Valley is fantastic! Mellisa, Anna, Tonya, and Dr. Chao are seriously top notch. As a nervous patient, they were genuinely kind, understanding, and caring of my concerns. Melissa took my information and scheduled me next day despite the fact I called 2 minutes before the office closed. The Doctor was very polite, knowledgeable and did not recommend any unnecessary treatment. Tonya was skillfully efficient with the overall cleaning and X-rays. A great overall experience, especially for a dental visit. You owe it to yourself (and your teeth) to visit Central Valley Dentistry.
