Since first owning the Practice in February 2007, Mr Jayanth Kunjur & Mrs Anu Kunjur have made significant changes reflecting their preventative and modern approach to dentistry. In the last 10 years they have listened to patients both old and new through various forms of feedback and brought about positive changes in the services available. Mr & Mrs Kunjur believe that it is best for patients to see the same Dentist for each appointment. This will build and establish a trusting relationship between patients and Dentist. My first visit to Smiles was through a recommendation from a work colleague. Having received a poor level of care in August 2013 for the treatment of an abscess from my then dental practice, I decided to change dentists. From the initial phone call to register with the Practice Manager, through to my first appointment the next day, I felt like I was being treated with respectful care. I was seen by Dr Mayoor Patel, who assessed the abscess and provided me with the reassurance I needed that I was responding to treatment. He also took his time to assess the roots of each front tooth with a cotton swap treatment.
