I must say, visiting this dental establishment was like coming home after a hard days’ work. Starting with the front end staff, I was greeted with an effervescent attitude, and a brilliant-smile. Erin, the dental hygienist was very skilled, pleasant and informative. The Dentist was confident and strategic in her explanation of how Invisalign would work in my specific case. Indeed, the overall experience was quite impressive.
Awesome practice. Bedside manners is something very difficult to find nowadays and to find it is truly refreshing and says alot about Dr. Agrawal and her staff. My dental care has been perfect from the onset of becoming a patient. Happy to call this practice my new home for dental care.
My mom, 89 and with advanced dementia, had a great first visit for an exam and cleaning at Columbia Family Dental. The staff was kind and mindful of her condition, but also professional and efficient. Mom was comfortable and well attended throughout her appointment. Even though we had to use the restroom no less than three times - keeping hydrated - both her hygienist and Dr. Agrawal rolled with it. We got the care mom needed, within an hour, and left with a dental plan designed to suit her specific needs. Great experience, would definitely recommend!
I had an excellent experience at this dental office. Erin was great! Very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. I had bleeding gums and required a debridement, and she clearly explained the issue, the treatment plan, and what I could do at home to support my recovery. I really appreciated how well everything was communicated. The entire staff is also friendly and professional, scheduling is smooth, and appointment reminders are always sent out on time. Truly top-notch service from start to finish. Highly recommend.
