I've never had a bad experience at this dental practice regardless of the service or work being done. From Dr. Naik to his entire staff, they are professional, caring, and thorough. Just went for a cleaning and was thoroughly pleased with everything. The hygienist was great. Thanks, y'all!

Dr. Naik is very thorough, explains everything and makes sure that you understand. He took time to answer questions as well. All of the staff are very friendly, too.

Dr. Naik and his staff at Cosmetic & Family Dentistry of Las Colinas are knowledgeable, professional & courteous. Dr. Naik is amazing at his craft and provides state of the art treatments. He explains the treatment plan so there are no surprises and he also provides options which allows the patient to make decisions based on their timeline and budget. I have been patient since 2003 and will continue see Dr. Naik for my dental treatments.

Tara was absolutely wonderful! She was so friendly, informative, and genuinely caring throughout my entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and was very gentle during the cleaning. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants them to have a great experience. I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism and would gladly see her again!

Caitlin at the front was super nice/helpful, and was able to get me in and out quickly, after getting the best cleaning I've ever had by their hygienist Tara! Who was very and thorough and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Then Dr. Naik came in and explained what we were looking at fully, answered all of my questions, was very knowledgeable/conservative with my treatment plan. Overall I had a great experience and I will definitely be returning!

As always, the young ladies at the front desk and the hygienist are prompt, efficient and professional. They always treat me with the utmost respect. The hygienist is gentle and walks me through each step of the process. Dr. Naik is awesome too. I highly recommend Cosmetics and Family Dentistry of Las Colinas. Thank you!!

The positive: I visited this dental office earlier this month and I’d like to start by saying Tara my tech and Kaitlyn at the front desk have to be some of the best there is, incredibly kind and personable. I don’t love going to the dentist in general, but they made a huge impression. They truly made me feel welcome and comfortable. If I could give them specifically 5 stars I absolutely would. The negative: I had an early morning appointment for an exam and cleaning where Tara took all my new patient X-rays and photos, but she informed me Dr. Naik was having some car difficulties and would not be in until later. Luckily my work schedule is pretty flexible, so I was able to come back later that same day. I’m pretty understanding when it comes to unexpected delays, everyone has those days, but after looking at some of the other reviews it seems Dr. Naik has a record of missing early morning appointments, so I’m inclined to think he was just late. That said, during my visit I found Dr. Naik incredibly engaging and although a little surprised by the amount of work he said was necessary, including multiple crowns and fills, I left trusting his professional opinion that this work was absolutely needed to avoid more serious and expensive dental work like veneers. That said, my parents urged me to get a second opinion at their dentist as multiple crowns seemed extreme. I just got that second opinion today and there is over a $1500 difference less in the work I need done and no crowns involved. In fact one of the teeth Dr. Naik marked for a crown was flagged as only a watch by the dentist I visited today. Again looking at other reviews on google and yelp this seems a recurring experience. My suggestion to Dr. Naik: you might make more money by focusing on client retention through transparency and honesty rather than handing someone a huge bill and hoping they’ll take you at your word. Had a root canal done and felt nothing! The staff is so sweet and amazing. Dr. Anup Naik is the reason I am no longer afraid of dentist and I can not wait to see how much better my smile is after all my work is done!

I absolutely love going to Cosmetic and Family Dentistry. Everyone is warm and welcoming, from the receptionist to Dr. Naik himself. Dr. Naik is a true perfectionist, which really matters when it comes to your teeth. I even overheard another patient say it was the first painless root canal they’d ever had, and I believe it—Dr. Naik is incredibly careful to make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. The receptionist is fantastic as well. She’s organized, knowledgeable about insurance details, and always helps schedule appointments in a way that works with your coverage and deductible, so there are never any surprises. They’re also very considerate of your time and keep appointments running smoothly. And as a bonus… they always have Flip or Flop on TV while you’re in the chair. 🙂
