Horrible don’t go here he’s so rough. He did surgery on my mom and left a sharp foreign object in my her gums. We noticed it when she got an X-ray done in Mexico. When he took my braces off my right front tooth (central incisor) was still crooked.

I was in search for a dentist and I couldn't find anyone accepting my insurance thank god I found him everyone one is so lovely there if your lookongnto get some work done go here in Oxnard

I visited this dental practice a couple of years ago and was satisfied with the services provided at that time. Unfortunately, due to my work commitments, I missed two appointments, which led the office to inform me that they would no longer accommodate me as a patient. I understood their policy and chose not to return. Years later, I attempted to reschedule an appointment, only to be informed that a payment of $500 was required in order to secure a new appointment. Consequently, I declined to continue seeking services from this office. After another two years, I made another attempt to schedule an appointment. Roxxanne, whom I spoke with, mentioned that she would return my call the same day; however, I did not receive any follow-up communication. Fortunately, Cristina i believe that's her name, who was more courteous and professional on the phone, was able to assist me in scheduling my appointment. Unlike Roxanne, who asserted her authority as the manager and appeared dismissive, Cristina displayed kindness and respect throughout our interaction. During this exchange, I learned from Roxanne that I would need to pay a fee of $250 for the two missed appointments from years prior. At this point, I perceive this office as being inconsistent in its charges and policies. Following a significant hold period, Cristina contacted the dentist regarding my request, and they confirmed my eligibility for an appointment. Subsequently, however, Roxxanne alleged that there was a failure to mention the fee initially. Having hoped to provide this practice with one final opportunity, I now find that they exhibit unprofessional behavior that is both petty and discourteous.

I got 4 root canals and 5 crowns done here. All came out perfectly!!💥 I needed them done in such short time, and they understood that and got it done for me!! The doctor explains everything well and is very polite and upfront. He’s also very wise! Roxanne is very kind and smart as well. Come here for root canals filling and crowns. All their equipment is up to date! 🤗

I recently visited this dental practice, and my experience was exceptional. The staff was friendly and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The doctor demonstrated expertise and professionalism, thoroughly explaining each step of the procedure and addressing any concerns I had. The office was clean, and COVID-19 protocols were diligently followed. Overall, this practice provided a positive dental experience, combining skillful dentistry with a patient-focused approach. I highly recommend their services.
