I highly recommend this place ,I walked in for the first time and was treated with so much love and respect the whole team went out of their way to help my needs!

I called as a new patient to set an appointment and the receptionist or lady who does the intake name Kenya could use a course in customer service. She was very assumptive versus listening to what was being asked. If you ask a direct question she gives a story and it was just difficult to set a simple appt. Every call isn’t the same therefore they cannot be handled the same. In order to stay in business you always need new customers. Due to the difficulty and giggling when expressing my concerns being unprofessional, I will not be making any appointments at this location. Wishing you well Kenya in your dentistry career. She kept me calm was very informative with my care plan and gave advice how I can maintain healthy teeth at home. She’s been a blessing with how compassionate and empathetic she is with her patients. I found my forever home dentist.. it only took my 30 years to find professionals that do it for the real reason and are gentle!! I’ve had countless traumatizing appts with other dentists so I’m so happy to be here and can’t wait to get my smile back. Also thank you to the receptionist for helping me make the appointment get me referred to where I need to be. You definitely compliment the dental office and excited to be apart of a good dentist.

I myself have 22 years experience in Dentistry, I am very picky with whom I allow to perform my Dental Treatment. Dr. Patel is a great professional Dentist with the most gental touch. My procedure today was lenghty, Dr. Patel along with his staff were very patient & understanding towards me. Dr Patel and his staff all have awesome personalities! I highly recommend Dr Patel, especially if you suffer from Dental anxiety. I am very happy and satisfied with Dr Patel. Kudos to everyone at Dr Vimal Patel office.

Dr. Patel’s office was an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was right on time, professional, and efficient without ever feeling rushed. The hygienist was one of the best I’ve had—warm, knowledgeable, thorough, and very informative throughout the entire visit. Dr. Patel himself was personable and easygoing, with a great bedside manner that made everything feel comfortable and smooth. Overall, a truly great experience—5 out of 5.

My daughter and I go here and they take really good care of us. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Thomas and his assistant Yissel were awesome! Very light hands, gentle, and thoughtful. Thank you!
