In the spirit of full transparency, I experience severe anxiety when it comes to dental care. I typically only schedule appointments when absolutely necessary, and this visit was not only urgent, but also my first time at this practice. The staff at Elmtree were truly extraordinary. Dr. Lanier was my dentist, and Casey was my hygienist, and I genuinely don’t have the words to express the level of care I received. From the moment I walked through the door, to the chair, and finally to the BIG chair, I was met with patience, kindness, understanding, and thoughtful education. They made time for me and my needs, and I never once felt rushed. I walked out with a new smile and a heart full of gratitude. I feel incredibly blessed to have found this practice and will happily return for routine care moving forward.

I cannot say enough great things about Elmtree Family Dental! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. One thing that really stands out is how they take the time to remember your name and make you feel like more than just another patient. They also do an excellent job explaining procedures, treatment plans, and answering any questions you may have. Today, I went in for my 3-month post-op appointment, and the x-ray technician was fantastic. She had great energy, was very friendly and professional, and took the time to explain the next steps in my plan and what I can expect moving forward. I also want to give a special shout-out to Abbey. She is truly amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Her positive attitude and genuine care make every visit a great experience. Literally brought my teeth back to life! I was worried I might need much more extensive work, but Dr. Lanier was able to restore my front teeth with fillings that look beautiful and natural. She took the time to explain everything and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The entire team was friendly, professional, and made the experience stress-free. From the fillings to the cleaning, I felt well taken care of every step of the way. My son is also a patient here, and as a neurodivergent child, finding a dental office that makes him feel comfortable and excited about taking care of his teeth has meant so much to our family. The dental assistant who works with him has always been incredibly kind, patient, and engaging, making each visit both fun and educational. She has helped create positive experiences that have made him actually look forward to going to the dentist. I am so grateful to have my smile back and to have found a dental office that takes such wonderful care of our entire family. Highly recommend Elmtree Family Dental!

How was my experience at Elmtree Dental? Awesome!! Excellent!!! While I really like the dentist and the whole staff......it's still a trip to the dentist so maybe I'm exaggerating my experience a little. They are friendly, professional and do a great job. I finally found my dentist. I moved here in 2019 and have bounced around to a few dentists. I plan on staying at Elmtree until they get sick of me or I don't have any more teeth to take care of. :-)
