Everything went extremely well. Bernie was fantastic.

I had my cleaning today and Bernadine is soo good. Informative, caring, and patient because I keep closing my mouth and cant keep my head to the right when she tells me. I always feel welcomed and comfortable here. Sooo glad I made the choice to get these things in a better condition. And I received good grades, I think my pockets? Went from 4s, 5s, and 6s to 1s, 2s and 3s...Well and a 4 or 5 but im saying im doing better. Shout out to yall for giving me my confidence to smile back. I really appreciate yall!!! And I didn't even know i had a credit, and didnt have to ask. My bill was 75 dollars off out of nowhere. Big W!! Dr Comfort, Dakota, and Brenadine will get your right 4real 4real!

Very professional from start to finish. Excellent dental care. Each part of the team, from first person inside the front door to the last person who thanked you and wished you a good day, the patient experience was (quietly) exceptional. Very glad I chose Elmwood.

Wow, where do I begin? My journey began in August of 2025. I was greeted at the desk by Gina, who was so kind, warm and welcoming. It set the tone for this incredible journey. Then came my consult with Chelsea and Dr Mike, I had no idea that this day was the begining of a new look on life to include a great smile. Dr Mike explained I was high risk due to the bone loss I had suffered, caused by 52 years of wearing a upper denture as a result of a sporting accident with a baseball bat at age 13. Dr Mike was amazing, he was cautiously optimistic it could be done, and wanted to give me a chance for a great smile. He made me feel so good. I too wanted to try this full mouth implants. We scheduled the surgery and I can’t stress enough how wonderful every single employee in that office has been. They are so kind and pleasant , I have never dreaded a single appointment, they are all like family. It also amazes me how they all pay so much attention to detail. There is nothing they have not thought of. I truly would not have changed a single detail of this process. I cannot imagine any other dentist office competing with Elmwood's commitment to excellence. I've been a patient with Elmwood, specifically Dr. Kayleigh Comfort, since about 2018 and hands down she's the best dentist I've had in my life. Sadly my teeth need a lot of attention and work but Dr. Comfort and her assistant always makes visits as painless as possible and keeps a reassuring positive attitude through the whole appointment. It's the kind of top tier service that makes you think twice about moving away from Rochester.

Always the best in professionalism !! Staff are top notch and friendly. I have my teeth cleaned there and have had three implants with a possible root canal or fourth implant for a cracked tooth. Wouldn't have my teeth taken care of anywhere else. Highly recommend !!!!

My routine cleaning was great as always. Ryan was on time, greeted me with a kind welcome and was very professional. Went over all my options for the visit and explained why was recommended. Checkout was very friendly and quick too. A positive experience!
