Excel Dental Implant Center

I visited this dental office for a follow-up regarding an implant that was originally done here several years ago. Unfortunately, my experience this time was quite disappointing. The front desk staff appeared unprofessional and lacked basic customer service courtesy. I waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time without any communication or apology, while other patients who were also waiting received acknowledgment. There was also some miscommunication regarding the purpose of my appointment, and when I expressed confusion, the receptionist’s response felt dismissive and rude rather than helpful. The staff member who took my scans seemed inexperienced and handled the equipment roughly, at one point resting part of the machinery on my chest, which was uncomfortable. The consultation with the dentist also felt rushed and lacked the professionalism I would expect, and I was still charged for it. At that point, I was fine to just pay the "consultation" fee and get out of there ASAP as I had a lot of negative feelings about this place. Given these issues, I decided not to proceed with further work at this dental office. I don’t remember the service or care being this poor years ago. It may be that the previous doctors have sold or transferred the practice. I would not recommend this office.

Great service, team work, and experience. No pain!

Got referred to Dr. Nguyen by my friend. I did my bone graft and flipper tooth while I wait for my implant. My flipper tooth felt and fitted so real that I didn't think I need an implant. The dental assistant offered a lot of patient care with gentleness and kindness. Dr. Nguyen is very empathic and approachable. My 82 year old friend same session did 4 teeth extractions and 2 implants with Dr. Nguyen and have no pain nor swelling and is recovering well. The quality of work and service by Dr. Nguyen and his assistant is top notch. Kim and Vu runs the front office very professionally, organized and responsive. Billing is clear and definitely no surprises after their quote. They don't advertise and their patients all come from referrals. I have referred another friend to this practice. Well worth the drive from SF. This place does only implants.

I've had my implant for over a year, haven't had any issues with it. The whole process was great, never had any pain at all. Like seriously, not even a little, not even immediately after the procedure, I was shocked. I'm very happy with this office, the professionalism, and the cost

I rate excel implant center -5 star++. I had 10 teeth on the top 5 broken off at the gum line. I saw excel add in the paper--When I went to them --I was impressed.However I decided to look around -to see how other centers compared. They did not. January 2019 I started my procedure with Excel. 10 teeth pulled--6 implants--and the upper bridge installed the same day. Long procedure-- However no pain during or after--I never needed pain pills. 2 months latter -two implants in my lower jaw .again no pain. I could go on and on .My teeth were in bad shape. I hope yours are not-- I now have my new teeth--I can eat again!
