Friedland Family Dentistry

BEWARE of this practice. I would not recommend Friedland Family Dentistry based on my family's experience. Approximately nine months ago, dental work was completed for my son. We had two dental insurance policies, and both were billed for the same charges. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, we have still not received the refund we are owed. The office manager, Odi Paz, has been extremely unprofessional. The first time I spoke with her was because the office sent me an email containing what appeared to be a phishing link. The second time I contacted her was simply to ask about the status of our refund. Instead of providing an update, she accused me of "harassing" her—even though this was only our second conversation. When my mother called, she was told the office was closing and that the doctor was ill. However, I noticed the practice has continued receiving recent reviews, which only added to our confusion. We were also told that no one in the office could provide any information regarding our refund, that it had to be forwarded to the doctor's family, and that they could not provide any contact information for anyone who could actually help. After months of waiting, we still have no answers, no refund, and no way to speak with someone who can resolve the issue. If you're considering this practice, I would strongly encourage you to ask questions about their billing practices and customer service before committing to treatment. Very disappointing experience.

I had a great experience as a new patient with Dr. Friedland. The office felt welcoming, and professional. I was taken right at my appointment time and the dental hygienist was thorough and gave me the best cleaning. Dr, Friedland was so nice and honest (something I have not found from other dentists since moving to South Florida). Highly recommend!!

Friedland Family Dentistry has always been there through the years and has the most amazing staff. The professionalism and dedication to details is outstanding. I will definitely miss no Saturday appointments but I get it that family is very important. Bryan Friedland and his staff are very polite, and kind as well as professional.

The office staff , hygienists and Dr. Friedland are all very nice. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. I appreciate that they respect your time and don’t overbook appointments.

This was by far the best and smoothest dental visit I have ever had. The moment I walked through the door, Suzie, the dental hygienist, was already waiting for me—no wait time at all, which has never happened at any other dentist I’ve been to. She was friendly, gentle, and incredibly professional. At the front desk, Debbie was exceptional. She noticed an insurance error and took the time to explain everything to me step by step with patience and understanding. It made the process stress-free, and I really appreciated her care and attention. The entire office runs with such professionalism and kindness. It’s no wonder my husband has only ever gone to this dentist his whole life. After today, I can confidently say I won’t be going anywhere else either. Highly recommend!
