I really enjoy going to Delta Dental for my dental care. The staff are very personable, informative, and patient. The facility is always very clean and adheres to covid regulations ( sanitizer, masks, etc..) I will recommend them 10/10!

recently had a dental cleaning, but I was disappointed with my experience. My teeth did not feel as clean or as smooth as they usually do after a professional cleaning. I also noticed that the clinic did not provide a mouth rinse after the procedure, and unlike other dental offices I have visited, they did not offer complimentary items such as toothpaste, a toothbrush, or floss. These may seem like small things, but they contribute to the overall patient experience. Unfortunately, I left feeling that the cleaning was not as thorough as I expected.

I am a new patient at Great Hill, came on a recommendation. I was specifically treated by Dr. Shapiro and Carla his DA. I have never received such comprehensive treatment. They worked together seamlessly, used incredible technology Videa AI as an example to both explain and show me in real time exactly what was going on, substantiating the treatment plan. The office was well taken care of and my procedure went off with no complications. I cannot recommend this team and location enough!

The hygienist was pleasant and explained to me what I needed to do to keep my teeth healthy. The assistant Issa that took me in before seeing the hygienist had a bad disposition and was rough placing the tool in my mouth for the xray and when she put the fluoride on she dabbed it on. My teeth should have been sticky but they wasnt. I feel as though I paid $45 for flouride that wasn't done properly. In the future I would not like her to attend to me. Again the hygienist did her job.

Dr. David Buczak and assistant Jason were personable, communicative, friendly and professional. They took the time to explain procedures and make me feel relaxed, comfortable, and more knowledgeable about root canal. My nervousness and high blood pressure went from high to low quickly enabling the procedure to take place on schedule

Don't go here! They just want to sell you Invisalign, and they're willing to lie to you to do it. More info: We've been going here for years. At first, it was fine. We got bounced around to different dentists a few times (dentists leave this practice a lot), but it was fine. Eventually, we got assigned to Dr. Roz, who was AMAZING. Seriously, she diagnosed my husband's tooth grinding and got him a nice mouthpiece. She even diagnosed a nerve thing in my mouth that had made dental work exceptionally painful for me, and she found a way to numb me properly. We LOVED her. But she left this practice, and that's when things went downhill. We got bounced around to more dentists within this practice, but they started saying weird things that didn't add up. They said my husband had "tooth crowding" and made him sit through an Invisalign sales presentation. When he declined, they still kept bringing it up. Every single office visit, they'd find a new reason to recommend Invisalign. It was never the same reason as last time, and my husband's mouth doesn't change that much between visits. Then they started doing it to me! They'd point to this one slightly twisted tooth and talk as if it's the end of the world if I don't use Invisalign to straighten it out. Then they started saying that I was grinding my teeth too, and instead of recommending a mouthpiece, they recommended Invisalign! Now, I have no idea if they're even telling me the honest truth. I have no memory of ever grinding my teeth, my jaw is never clenched - that doesn't mean I don't grind my teeth, but it does mean that I can't even trust my own dentist to tell me the truth. These people are absolute shills for Invisalign. Don't trust them.

I do not write reviews lightly, but patients deserve to know my experience. In 2014, I visited this office for a routine cleaning. At that time, I was advised to extract 24 teeth (excluding wisdom teeth) and undergo full implant treatment estimated at nearly $200,000. I declined that recommendation. For almost ten years afterward, I had no major dental problems. In 2023, after breaking a front tooth, I returned to the practice. I was again advised to extract all remaining teeth and proceed with implant-supported overdentures. Trusting Dr. Steven Shapiro, I agreed to the treatment plan. Seven implants were placed. Unfortunately, the denture process was extremely problematic. According to the office’s own medical notes, during the wax try-in appointment teeth #8 and #9 were documented as “too large and to be made smaller.” However, the denture process continued without correcting this issue. The temporary denture was so oversized that my mouth could not close properly. When I tried to explain that it was too large, the denture dislodged because it did not fit. Instead of resolving the problem, I felt blamed for the situation. Dr. Shapiro himself stated multiple times that the denture was too large and would require additional adjustments or possibly a remake. However, my case was later transferred to another provider. During the process I repeatedly requested that the denture be made thinner because the size significantly altered my facial appearance and speech. Despite these concerns, the final prosthesis remained bulky and uncomfortable. Financially, I also discovered discrepancies between the signed treatment plan and the actual charges. My contract listed implants at approximately $2,000 each (7 total), but the charges were significantly higher. Abutments that were listed at approximately $307 were billed at around $1,300 each. After carefully reviewing my records, I identified what appeared to be more than $12,000 in billing differences. Because this office is an in-network provider with Delta Dental, questions regarding billing and insurance write-off practices have been reported to Delta Dental, the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Dentistry, and the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. For nearly two years I experienced difficulty eating, significant emotional distress, and unresolved billing issues while trying to seek help and clarification. My most recent visit was also very concerning. When I asked the office manager to review the billing discrepancies with me, the discussion became confrontational and I was repeatedly asked to leave without my concerns being addressed. Patients considering major dental procedures should seek multiple professional opinions and review treatment plans and billing details very carefully before proceeding.
