Great dentist and clean atmosphere but watch your money and what you pay, you can be taken advantage of if you don't pay attention. Most of my visits are supposed to be preventive. The lady makes you pay upfront and then keeps your money when insurance pays afterwards.

If you need a veneer, don’t come here. My experience with staff member McKenzie made it worse. You see the photo, right. I expressed my concerns before I left that day. McKenzie responded that it was going to take a month before they could see me again to fix my tooth. Why does the patient have to wait at least a month to fix the error they made? Why did the doctor let the patient leave the office looking like this? I can’t believe the doctor looked at my smile and didn't expect me to voice my concerns. Everyone please advocate for yourself!

Truly a blessing I drive big trucks and had a wisdom tooth break in the middle of the night very painful and had me nervous to eat anything the next morning made several calls to get into an dentist office to have it removed after securing an appointment with a major franchise dental office I get in town only to be told that the tooth couldn't be pulled and to try one of their other offices after doing so I settle for the best option of waiting to be seen and possibly getting tooth pulled the next day while in The waiting room i google search closest dentist from location and Dr Hall office was less than a mile upon calling I was greeted with kindness and compassion for my situation was asked some basic information and informed to start heading to their office this is at 4:00 pm I walk in do paper work in less than 30 min I sitting in the back getting X rayed and looked at by 6:15 Dr Hall had extracted the tooth and I was on my way and let me say I didn't feel a thing the best experience I have ever had getting a tooth cut out !!!!!! Hats off to this office from the front to the back Professional Kind and Friendly I highly recommend this office

I came in a week or so ago, I’ve went to this dentist all my life and this is the first time I’ve not been pleased! I didn’t even get a cleaning, she didn’t put an ounce of toothpaste in my mouth! She had an attitude as well, my appointment was almost 30 minutes behind so maybe that’s why she was in a rush. It seems that there may be new staff, I thought about how horrible my appointment was when I got home. I didn’t get a mouth rinse with mouthwash just a scarp, a floss, and some thing to clean the gums! Horrible HORRIBLE! I don’t think I will ever be back!

Had my dental check up, cleaning and wisdom tooth extraction. Staffs are so hospitable, efficient experience from booking an appointment till checking out. Plan of treatment, procedures and payments have been explained clearly. Morgan, one the RDH's has gentle hands and so accommodating. Kudos to the whole team. A highly recommended dental clinic.
