About Implant Dental Works
Implant Dental Works is a Chelsea practice on West 28th Street, the stretch of Manhattan that runs between the Flower District, the Hudson Yards build-out, and the Penn Station commuter zone. The clinic is on Smyleee for west-side patients who don't want to schlep to Midtown East — where most of NYC's implant practices cluster — for every consultation, imaging session, and follow-up in what's typically a multi-month treatment plan. For Chelsea, Hell's Kitchen, the Garment District, and Lower Midtown residents, having implant care on your end of the city is the practical value.
You can have a single missing tooth replaced with an implant here, or move to a full-arch solution like All-on-4 — four implants anchoring a permanent set of teeth, designed for patients with multiple failing teeth or aging dentures that no longer fit comfortably. Bone grafting and oral surgery are handled in-house, which keeps the treatment timeline tight when imaging shows your jaw needs structural work before a fixture can go in. Full mouth rehabilitation is the right path when older fillings, crowns, and missing teeth have accumulated past the point where individual fixes make sense.
If you live or work on the west side of Manhattan and want a local implant practice that handles every stage in one place, this avoids the Lexington Avenue commute most NYC implant cases otherwise require.
On cost, NYC implants run high enough that a structured quote really matters — generic price ranges don't account for the rent on a 28th Street block. A consultation here is where you get a real number tied to your specific case. Patients researching low-cost All-on-4 implants in New York, affordable full mouth restoration in New York with payment plans, or the affordable implant dentist in New York, NY bracket arrive with budget questions and leave with a line-itemized estimate.
A Chelsea-based implant practice on West 28th Street covering single-tooth implants, full-arch restorations, bone grafting, and full mouth rehabilitation for west-side Manhattan patients who want to avoid Midtown for every appointment.

Since I was a kid, I had very very bad teeth and developed gum disease when I was in my 20s. I always knew that I needed a full set of teeth with implants. I met with three specialists. They couldn't handle my case. They told me the bone is too thin and soft. Finally I got to meet with the godsend Dr. Key He accepted my case. Within a month of waiting for my turn to come, Dr. Key pulled the teeth and placed implants and a full set of teeth in literally 24 hours. It's been two months right now after the procedure. My life has transformed in a way I cannot even describe. It brings me to tears only to even remember the journey I went through and I'm so ever so grateful for what Dr. Key has done to me and for accepting my case.
Dr Mark equal professionalism ,what more can I write,I can not find words that describe his way of introducing himself, and his way of explaining the type of work I need to be done.We do need dentists like him.Bravo.
Dr. Kay is absolutely amazing. The entire procedure went smoothly. The added bonus was there was zero post op discomfort. He was very detail oriented and explained all the steps. Dr. Kay is very caring and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. Thank you Dr. Kay!!
I honestly can't believe how much my life has changed. I went from hiding my smile to smiling every chance I get. Walking in one day and waking up the next with beautiful upper and lower ceramic implant teeth felt like a miracle. Dr. Kay is an incredible surgeon. His skill and attention to detail gave me a smile that looks completely natural. Christina, the surgical assistant, was so caring and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Gladys, the office manager, made the entire process easy and stress-free. This wasn't just about getting new teeth—it gave me my confidence back. I can smile, laugh, and enjoy life again. I can't thank Dr. Kay, Christina, and Gladys enough. They truly changed my life.

Today was great experience as always . I suffer from a lot of anxiety. The team and Dr Kay help me remove all anxiety kept me relaxed . I was able to get through it . It was not as painful as I expected. As I’m a very difficult patient in dentist chair . I will refer many others to him . The office is very professional and positive vibes from beginning to end to end . The front desk helps to discuss financial stuff . They made it possible for me to get my smile back .
