Dr. Swan is amazing! Best dentist I’ve ever had. Keen Smiles has state of the art facilities. TV’s and headsets for low stress procedures.

I truly can't say enough good things about this dental office. When I first became a patient, I had severe dental anxiety. Thanks to the incredible care and compassion of the entire team, I no longer even need nitrous oxide for my appointments because they make me feel heard, understood, and completely at ease. Over the past several months, they've taken the time to help fix years of dental work that was poorly done by other offices. In the past, I was left feeling dismissed, anxious, and discouraged. Here, every experience has been the complete opposite. At my appointment today, I became overwhelmed and started crying. Dr. DeBerg and Stacey immediately comforted me with their calming voices, brought me water and a blanket, and gave me all the time I needed before trying again. One of the sweetest things they said was, "Don't cry because we cry with you when that happens." That level of compassion is something I'll never forget. I genuinely mean it when I say that if Dr. DeBerg ever moves, I might just pack up and follow her. I am beyond grateful for this team and cannot recommend them highly enough.

My brother recommended Keen Smiles after I told him the trouble I was having with getting my permanent crown at another dental office (90 days from a root canal and still no permanent crown to show for it - yikes!). I called and talked to Melissa and she was very sympathetic and listened to my venting and got me scheduled to get my permanent crown completed within two days of me calling (they make crowns at their office). I showed up at the office and was blown away by how clean and well taken care of the facility was. They have an excellent waiting room and even have a little snack bar. I was called back within a few minutes of arriving to talk to Melissa about the upcoming procedure (she even remembered who I was and my story!), then was called back to get the work done. Ashley was very kind and attentive and was good at her work (you could tell she knew what she was doing). Dr Swan was also very kind and communicative. She took such care in getting my tooth prepped and making sure no concrete was left around my tooth (a step up from my last dentist office who just left the concrete around my tooth). She was also straightforward on what to expect (sore gums) and how to manage any pain. She made sure I knew that I could call if I had any issues with my bite and they’d get me taken care of. The crown took 40 minutes to make, but I didn’t care because they got me a water, a blanket, and I had a show to watch - honestly, didn’t even feel like I was in a dental office for most of the time because of how comfortable I was during the whole experience. Overall, I had an excellent 5 star experience and I look forward to establishing care with them!! Thank you guys so much for taking care of me today and for treating me like a person, not just another patient you have to put up with. Y’all are the best!!

I wanna give this place a review, why because I want people to know how wonderful this place is me and my husband go here every time I come they are so friendly and sweet. I get really really anxious about needles I had to get a crown today and they made sure I was numb and when I got the shot they made it fast I cried a little bit ellie and Dr. Deberg told me it was ok and gave me a minute I felt really cared for though the whole thing making sure I was comfortable very very sweet my anxiousness was gone they really do care about the person they are helping. Now my teeth I got fillings and a crown I love they have on site so I don't have to wait and come back in to get my crown on they talked about everything they were doing and showed me, my teeth feel better and I feel so happy with how they feel and look. Thank you everyone that works here but thank you for all the work you did Dr.deBerg and Ellie you guys are awesome

For myself, they got me in, without being a patient, for a minor emergency. Super pleasant people, kind, honest, and helpful. Went out of their way to find a surgeon who accepted my insurance, got my appointment scheduled, all without me having to deal with that while in severe pain. Awesome service. My wife and son, both have anxiety about dental work, and the team has made them so comfortable. Neither is scared/anxious about getting dental care now.

I came to Keen Smiles Family Dental looking for a gentle, patient-centered practice after a traumatic and painful experience elsewhere. I am so relieved I found them! They truly prioritize patient comfort and take the time to get to know you. I was terrified for my cleaning but Olivia was phenomenal. She was highly attentive, incredibly gentle, and made the whole visit entirely painless. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about this office. They are so friendly! They welcome you with warm hearts and open arms. They eased my anxiety and made me feel like they really listened to my concerns. I would recommend them 1000 times over. For someone with dental anxiety, I feel very comfortable here!

I had my first appointment with Keen Smiles Family Dental and everyone was so nice from the time you enter to when you leave! They have a nice waiting area with snacks and drinks. When I was taken back to the treatment area, I was told to look over a menu and it had different items listed to help ease your anxiety and help you feel more comfortable during the appointment which is very thoughtful! Some examples are blanket, headphones, aromatherapy, and lip balm! It was a great experience and I would recommend if you’re looking for a dentist!

Highly recommend this dental office! From the moment you walk in you are treated with such kindness! It felt more like a day spa than a dental appointment. My care plan was very detailed along with the total cost to me and what insurance would cover. Olivia was absolutely amazing! I look forward to my next appt and I plan on telling everyone about Keen Smiles!

Just had my first visit to Wilkonson Dental and I'm blown away! The office is modern, clean, and super inviting. Kaley kicked things off with a warm tour, sharing the story behind the practice while getting to know me on a personal level - it felt like catching up with a friend. Dr. Deberg followed up with a thorough exam, addressing all my concerns and questions with ease. Then Julie walked me through my treatment plan and insurance coverage, and yeah, more great conversations. The vibe in that office is incredible - everyone made me feel like part of the family. If you're looking for a dentist that treats more than just your teeth, Wilkonson Dental is it. Highly recommend based on this amazing first impression. I've had several appointments with Maddy and Dr. Deberg, and I must say they are truly exceptional! The attention and care they provide to ensure your comfort is incredibly impressive.
