About Kings Family Dentistry

Kings Family Dentistry runs a general practice on Flatbush Avenue, the long commercial spine that runs from Downtown Brooklyn to Marine Park. The patient base is the surrounding Flatbush residential community — multi-generational households, longtime renters and homeowners, and families looking for a dental practice that handles the whole household under one roof rather than splitting kids' care from adult care across separate offices.

Cavity work makes up a regular share of the schedule. Most cases are tooth-colored composite restorations for caries caught at six-month exams, with the team also handling larger multi-surface restorations, replacement work, and the structural call between filling and crown when a tooth has lost too much material. Beyond fillings, services cover cleanings, root canals for teeth where decay has reached the nerve, crowns and bridges, basic extractions, gum-disease screening, and emergency visits. They'll review prior X-rays before recommending treatment when patients bring records from previous practices, which gives the diagnostic call more context than starting from scratch.

If your family has been driving across the borough for the dentist out of habit, a closer practice on Flatbush Avenue can cut the round-trip time and make six-month recalls easier to actually keep.

Patients searching for family dental practice in Brooklyn, family dentist in Brooklyn, or general dentistry in Brooklyn, NY often find Flatbush Avenue practices because the corridor is centrally located within Brooklyn proper. The new-patient exam typically combines comprehensive radiographs with periodontal screening before any restorative work gets scheduled. For Flatbush, Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, and Crown Heights residents picking a regular family dentist, this Flatbush Avenue clinic is a reasonable place to anchor regular care across multiple years and stages of family dental need. Brooklyn dental capacity tightens and loosens by season — if the practice isn't accepting new patients on first call, asking about a waitlist position is worth the two minutes before moving on to other options.

Kings Family Dentistry sits on Flatbush Avenue, providing general and restorative dental care — cleanings, fillings, crowns, and routine work for adult and family patients across Flatbush.

Services Offered

Dental Cleaning

Professional dental cleanings remove the plaque and tartar that brushing misses, protecting the gums and helping the dentist catch early decay during routine visits.

Crowns & Bridges

Crowns and bridges restore damaged or missing teeth — a crown caps and protects a weakened tooth, while a bridge spans the gap left by lost teeth.

General Dentistry

General dentistry at Kings Family Dentistry covers routine exams, cleanings, fillings, and decay prevention — the everyday care that keeps a Flatbush smile healthy.

Root Canal Treatment

Root canal treatment clears infection from inside a tooth, relieving pain and saving a natural tooth that would otherwise be lost.

Emergency Dentistry

Emergency dental care handles urgent problems such as severe toothache, a broken tooth, or a lost filling, with prompt treatment to relieve pain.

Great Experience! Dr. Kaur was really nice and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. This was my first appointment at this location, and I was happy they accepted my insurance. The staff is wonderful, the office is very clean, and I absolutely love my smile now!

Very Professional Business! We had an employee traveling in New York City who needed some work done, and they handled everything exceptionally well. They were quick to schedule her, efficient in their process, and took care of the issue without any hassle. Highly recommend their services!

List be honest here , you’re the worst Dentist I’ve ever came across. I clean my teeth better than your associate and the fact that you wanted to find a problem with my teeth, past delusional too. Please put a link to a great Dentist that don’t charge you for doing bare minimum and also do their actual job.

I have been with this dentist office for 2 years. My first visit i knew I needed a couple fillings, but later found that I also have an impacted tooth. 2 years later and I still have no fillings and an impacted tooth that is starting to become excruciating. Then when you call someone is either over talking you or going to email you and it never happens..... worst dentist office ever...I miss the previous dentists!!!!!
