Awful experience especially with front receptionist Gloria. Did not disclose any charges up front. Then pretended like she had. Will not be returning as I had a terrible experience from start to finish. She also tried to give advice which contradicted what the doctor had recommended.
They share my information about my teeth at the front desk instead of that secluded room they always use. Also the old lady is too passive aggressive.

My initial consultation was amazing. Everyone is knowledgeable and extremely patient with you. I have one of the worst gag reflexes known to mankind and they were patient and had several solutions for me to try in order for things to be smoother for me. If you're on a tight schedule, Laredo Dental Care will work with you to accommodate a time for you to see them. Everything is really clean and they are very careful when it comes to implementing covid control measures. As a person that hates going to the dentist, this was a great experience.

The doctor and staff are incredibly friendly! Their office is so calm and super clean! I had a pretty difficult case but they all worked so hard to get my teeth healthy. I am so glad I found them! Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist.
