Dr. Gushin is the best! Her office was able to fit me in within 24 hours for a dental emergency. As soon as I arrived everyone was so kind, my anxiety melted away. Tiffany provided a cleaning, she was very caring and gentle. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Gushin and her team!

Will never go here again due to the receptionist/office manager!

Check this out …I went to see Lisa Gushin about a month ago..I had cavities..on 23rd of July.i got an appointment.so Gushing numbs me up pretty good .my mouth was numb all day.About a week later which is today the 29th July I called the office and her receptionist picked up phone..i told her that my permanent filling came out last night and that the drilling gushing performed is too big and that now my nerves are exposed and im having a pain level 10,also,gusher grinder my teeth way too low without even consulting me if that is what I agree too.now my bottom teeth are uneven and damaged to where in I need cosmetic care to get my bite evened out and I can’t eat because I’m afraid my bottom teeth break off because gusher was grinding my teeth too deep and too low without my consent The receptionist then said that I need to send her a picture of my damaged teeth, I ask why..she then replied..so we can make you an appointment.i told reseptionist negative, thst i be on my way to the practice.i arrived at practice,minded my business and then the dentist Assistent called me into treatment room. I sat in treatment chair waiting for gusher to arrive.. about 5 min.later gushin was leaning against the door frame and told me with a threatening voice to get up and leave asap..I, her patient who already paid and my insurance paid already said .whaaaat? Are you serious??? She then said yes get out NOW if you don’t leave I call the Police so I then replied..you took an oath to care for your patients.you are registered in the state of NC!! Gusher then replied..I don’t care get out out and I’m locking my door!!! Woow.the audacity as a DDs and what ever her title is ..I then immediately called the Police myself and told them what happened and that I be waiting for police to arrive at parking lot.the police then responded.Mam, this a civil madder not a police madder.. I thanked the police and then called the board of Dentistry in NC..I now have a active case against this dental office which is owned by Gusher.. I consider this madder a malpractice due to her violating my Patients right to be treated without judgement.not that she refused a corrective plan of action she also threatened me and kicked me out of her establishment without assuring that I,her patient is in good care and I and healthy state of mind.i suffer from PTSD.there is more to come!!!

If you have any anxiety or hesitation going to dentists, this is the office for you. I was a new patient needing a filling replaced, and from the second I walked in the door until I left every person in that office, the Dr, the hygenists, dental assistants, front desk, treated me like a friend. They were making conversation and cracking jokes with me, and it was such a welcoming atmosphere. When it came to xrays and the filling they were extremely efficient and skillful. This was the least painful and quickest filling ive had, I made sure to get scheduled to come back for a cleaning. This office is how it should be done, I can 100% understand why they have such a high rating and long term patients. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

We have been patients of Dr. G since 2005. There simply isn't a better dentist anywhere. Her whole staff, from the front desk to back office , are amazing professionals with major skills. Every office visit is wonderful. Claudia is an awesome hygienist. I leave the office with my teeth feeling super clean!

I am literally in tears as I write this review. This place has outstanding care. Everything has been wonderful: from the very first phone call to set up a new patient appointment all the way to establishing care. The front desk ladies are very warm and welcoming. Dr. Gushin is so kind and down to earth. I completely trust her. If you are needing a dentist in the Fay/Ft Bragg area Go see her. She truly cares about her patients and helping them.
