I don’t understand why they would tell me I need a xray done and not mention “oh hey but this won’t be covered by your insurance” like it’s that simple. But no after they do it then slap me with the bill. If it’s not covered I would have not done it or gone to another place. Because if this Shadiness I will be going somewhere else. It’s really a simple thing and the fact they didn’t do it tells me a lot

I took my 95 yr old Mother to Dr Babcock for the first time. She had to have all of her remaining teeth pulled because of infection. She decided to get dentures. The experience was very pleasant. The staff are very friendly and treat you like family. Dr Babcock is also friendly but also concerned and makes sure everything is in place before he starts. He explains everything and what to expect. Called the next day to check on her. We definitely recommend them!

I recently had all my teeth extracted. I was terrified and had been putting it off for years. They're office and Dr. Babcock made me feel so comfortable, and that's what finally gave me the courage to go through with it. The procedure went great, healing time was short. I now have an amazing smile!!!
