They always reschedule ur appointment. And push it longer to be seen.

I've been going to the dentist for years and have enjoyed seeing Dr Marshall. I wanted to verify that my upcoming appointment was with Dr Marshall. They told me I'll be able to see him if he's available. I said that's the reason why I'm calling is to verify his availability with an appointment. I was told that they are unable and unwilling to verify that my appointment is with doctor Dr Marshall. I asked how we can remedy this situation and they told me to cancel my appointment. I think this is a completely unacceptable way to treat a patient especially when you're supposed to be giving healthcare. It's also just terrible business practice.

Waited two months for a cleaning for my son for them to call the day before his appointment to cancel bc they didn’t have a hygienist. I let them know I had concerns of him possibly having gingivitis due to getting braces off recently and his gums being swollen and it was important I get him back in as soon as possible. They scheduled me for April the 6th and when I called to confirm the appointment they told me my son didn’t have an appointment and I would have to reschedule once again! Spoke to the receptionist and manager both took zero accountability and we will not be going back. I suggest if you have concerns for yourself or child to go elsewhere bc clearly they don’t care or take accountability for their mistakes!

I've been a patient here for over 15 years, but things haven't been the same lately. My last two appts. were cancelled last minute. The one in February 2026 was cancelled and rescheduled for April 2026. The one in April was cancelled and rescheduled for June 2026 because they didn't have a hygienist both times. Makes me wonder if they only have one hygienist. There are multiple providers there, so I'm not buying this excuse. This will make it at least 10 mos. before I'm seen, if the June appt. isn't cancelled.

I recently visited this dental clinic and was very impressed with the level of care and professionalism. The staff was attentive and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. The dentist was thorough, gentle, and explained everything clearly before starting the procedure. The clinic is modern, clean, and well-maintained. I felt valued as a patient and am extremely satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone seeking dependable dental services.

This was a great experience at the dentist office. The receptionist was AMAZINGLY helpful and friendly. Joy, the assistant, was great to work with and she did a wonderful job on the X-rays. The dentist was very friendly and answered all my questions enthusiastically. My wife , who dreads going to the dentist, will be VERY relieved to be treated so well.

Went in as a walk in and needed a tooth extracted due to pain. Had an appointment at another dental office but they couldn’t check me in because their system was down and the waiting room was full so I decided not to wait. Wait was short even being a walk in. Everything went smooth with no issues. Highly recommend this dental office.

I have severe dental anxiety and have put off going to the dentist for way too long. I forced myself to go yesterday and the staff was so kind and understanding. They took their time and explained everything they were doing. The dentist came in and was very thorough with what he would like to do to get my mouth in better shape. His whole goal was to preserve the teeth I have. I left the appt with a printed treatment plan that outlined what he wants to do, how much it costs, how much my insurance covers, and how much I would owe for each portion of treatment.
