About Millcreek Family Dental - Anthony Baird DDS
Millcreek Family Dental, run by Dr. Anthony Baird, sits on South Renaissance Towne Drive in Bountiful and treats patients across the full age range under one roof: kids getting their first cleanings, parents due for a filling, grandparents needing a bridge or crown. The practice is built around continuity: rather than splitting a household across a pediatric office and a separate adult practice, one team tracks each person's dental history over time. That matters most when a small cavity in a teenager and a root canal for a parent need to land in the same week.
The clinic covers the day-to-day work of keeping teeth healthy: routine cleanings, fillings for tooth decay, and gum disease treatment for gums that bleed or have pulled back from the teeth. When a tooth is too damaged for a filling, the office builds and places dental crowns (caps that cover a weakened tooth) and dental bridges, a fixed way to replace missing teeth without removing anything at night. Root canal treatment addresses infected nerve tissue inside a tooth, and extractions apply when a tooth can't be saved. Teeth whitening and cosmetic dentistry cover appearance, and same-day emergency visits are worked in for a cracked tooth or sudden pain.
If you're dealing with a toothache that won't wait for a routine opening, or a chipped tooth right before an event, having a family dentist who can fit you in the same day means the problem gets treated before it worsens.
What a visit costs at this Bountiful office depends on what's needed: a cleaning and a crown aren't priced the same, and neither are two patients with different levels of decay, so cost gets set once your mouth has been examined, not quoted upfront. Affordable dental care is part of how the practice describes itself, worth asking about if budget is shaping a decision between a filling now and a crown later. For a household that wants one office to handle a cavity, a whitening request, and a middle-of-the-night dental emergency without being sent elsewhere, that combination is the practical draw of Millcreek Family Dental.

Aubrey is always wonderful as my hygienist. She is the reason I won’t ever change my dental provider. Dr. Baird is friendly, but hasn’t ever had to do any work on my teeth so our interaction is limited. Freshly cleaned teeth!
The team has been amazing to work with and the customer experience is amazing. Thank you Millcreek Family
Very welcoming and safe. Always walk out feeling confident!

Always pleasant top notch service! Their state of the art equipment makes their service a breeze! Efficient and timely appointments matter. If your looking for a friendly and efficient dentist provider - this is it!
I have gone here for 10 years and they are so amazing! I love all of the workers they are so good at their jobs. I LOVE YOU GUYS AND ALL YOUR HARD WORK! I have gotten really into slushy making and I would love to have this to expand my horizons on slushies.
I had an appointment for a cleaning at 9:00. They didn't even take me back until 9:20. Then I waited in the chair for another 15 minutes. Finally a hygienist comes in at 9:35. But after being there for an hour still without the cleaning even starting the hygienist tells me she needs to sell me a gum disease treatment for $3000. My previous dentist I went to for 10 years identified that I had some gum recession and loss but had treated it and measured my pockets every 4 months and every time I went in for a cleaning said I had stopped the loss and was maintaining everything fine. That was 9 months ago. So I find it very hard to believe this hygenists diagnosis. I think they know it can be managed with less aggressive and expensive treatments but they just choose to tell people they have to be as aggressive as possible as an excuse to charge the patient as much as possible. It felt like this hygenist was trained to automatically offer this super aggressive treatment as a sales pitch without even considering the patients previous care. They felt more like sales people trained to upsell not hygenists. But regardless their service was so terrible to begin with, their trying to twist my arm into a $3000 treatment was the final straw for me. My previous dentist never in 10 years had a problem with keeping appointments on time. Never has a dentist disrespected my time and schedule like these people. But what is most frustrating is that I still need a cleaning. They refused to just give me a cleaning unless I agreed so some $3000 gum disease treatment. I've never felt more extorted or bait and switched in my life. This just doesn't seem like professional behavior for anyone in any medical field. I cannot possibly express how disappointing this experience was. So now I have to find ANOTHER dentist after waiting this long to get a cleaning and it's another month out. If these people actually cared about patients help they wouldn't have strong armed me into an expensive treatment, they would have allowed me to decline it or think about it and just get a cleaning. Again this was one of the biggest strong arm sales tactics I've ever experienced. I'll get a second opinion and if they're right, I still wouldn't ever go to them because of how long they make patients wait and how overtly disrespectful they are to their patients time and schedule.
The staff were able to get me in same day of my appt request after I cracked a tooth. I was evaluated and worked out a treatment plan quickly. Dr. Baird and staff were efficient and so friendly. The facilties are fantastic. Highly recommend!
One of my new favorite places! Yes! The dentist, I look forward to visiting. I found these amazing new friends from the decade of neglect I gave my teeth. Luckily, these amazing people are helping me get back on track and have a healthy mouth. I was so embarrassed to go in the first time, but instantly felt comfortable and didn't feel judged at all. They're all so kind. Becky is my new bestie, I see her often for regular cleanings too keep everything on track. If you need dental care, this is your place, hands down, no questions asked!
I always have such a great experience when going to Millcreek Family Dental. Everyone I interact with is very friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I feel heard when explaining issues. Debbie, Ashley, Aubrey, and Carlie are just phenomenal. Dr. Baird is the best dentist I've ever had. This staff makes me truly feel like they care.
