Excellent experience from start to finish! The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. The women at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and engaging, greeting every patient with warm smiles. One of them even took my X-rays, which spoke to how skilled and versatile the staff is. The dental assistant was gentle, attentive, and offered thoughtful suggestions that I truly appreciated. I always get extremely nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr. Park was exceptional. He was patient, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly without making me feel judged or embarrassed about the condition of my teeth. His friendly personality immediately put me at ease, and I truly appreciated that he focused on educating and encouraging me rather than criticizing me. The office is spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I even loved the music! It made the entire experience feel much more relaxing. For the first time in a long time, I’m actually looking forward to my next dental appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Park and his entire team!
