I HIGHLY recommend the team at My Gum Doc. Every member of staff was kind, professional and compassionate. I had five gums grafted in one procedure along my lower front teeth. The pain was very minimal and I healed a lot more quickly than I expected. I came to Dr. Edelstein as a second opinion and was quoted less than half of what the other periodontist estimated. It’s been about 5 weeks since the procedure and the results are incredible!

This is an amazing office with wonderful people who all CARE! Dr. Richman is the ultimate professional! He calls the day after surgery to make sure everything is going as planned. He gives you his cell and offers for you to calm him anytime with needs or questions! I feel safe in his care and his results are 2nd to none. He will do what’s needed even if it’s different from the original plan. I would recommend him to ANYONE who has any type of gum needs! Thank you Dr. Richman, as well as Sue! She is the cherry on top!

This is the best office! As a patient here for the past 10 years, I highly recommend both the doctors and the staff. Do not hesitate. I’ve had multiple procedures. Dr Edelstein is excellent. I get regular cleanings, every 3 months, and the dental hygienists are the best of the best. The office staff is professional, caring and highly competent. FIVE STARS!

I visited My Gum Doc with Dr. Richman to get some advice and consulting on my gum health when my dentist could not give me a straight answer after months of inquiry--my situation was some gum bleeding and wondering whether or not it was in fact gingivitis. Dr. Richman and the whole team here were so welcoming and informative! After the initial consult, I was directed on trying some new cleaning methods and after a few weeks, there was significant improvement! After adjusting my habits, we did some x rays and discovered I needed a bone graft in one section of my upper right molar. This was, admittedly, a little scary. However, Dr. Richman explained why it was needed (to clean out the area and prevent issues down the road), and they handled it with care and did an exquisite job. The procedure went very well, didn't feel a thing, Dr. Richman narrated and explained everything throughout. The recovery went very well and the customer service I received was top notch. I highly recommend Dr. Richman and the staff of My Gum Doc. I am very happy with the care and service!!

If I could give this office more than 5 stars, I would. They made my patient experience truly wonderful. Every encounter I had from the front desk staff, to the financial advisor, to the dental team was welcoming and professional. They made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. I came into the office feeling hopeless about my case, but Dr. Persut was absolutely amazing, and so was Elizabeth his dental assistant. She made me feel the most comfortable especially during my procedure. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for before, during, and even after my procedure. I was even able to text Dr. Persut if I had any issues afterward (and I did), and the quick response and support made me feel so reassured and comfortable. Dr. Persut was able to successfully execute my case when I was previously told it couldn’t be done. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in need. They truly take care of their patients and they even made sure my parking was taken care of at every visit. I am truly grateful and blessed to have come across this team. Life-changing experience!! 10/10 would highly recommend!! Such a great team!

I went today for a “ follow up” visit to check on some excellent work that Dr Pesut ordered for me a month ago, that actually cleared up a gum problem that I was having. I knew before I went that my problem was corrected, and in retrospect I should have cancelled the appointment. I was quite shocked when, after my 10- minute checkup, I was charged $175. Their staff is friendly, helpful,, punctual, and knowledgeable, but as far as their charges go, you might be unhappy. At least they validate your parking, which not every medical practice does.
