I have trusted this practice with my dental care for more than two decades. While I still greatly miss Dr. Olsen, I am very grateful for the smooth transition and the exceptional care I continue to receive. Dr. Randhawa is professional, caring, and takes the time to thoroughly explain every procedure and answer all my questions. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for her patients make every visit a positive experience. The entire team is friendly and welcoming, creating an atmosphere where patients feel valued and at ease from the moment they arrive. A special thank to Cindy, whose skill, kindness, and dedication as a hygienist have always made my appointments enjoyable. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding dental care. Their commitment to patient comfort and excellence is the reason I remain a loyal patient after all these years.

I had my first visit yesterday. The staff it’s amazing, great customer service. Short interaction with doctor but truly liked her. Worship songs play in the office which I love. Cindy did a great job with cleaning and exams. I look forward to having this be my new dentist.

I have had such a wonderful experience at Natural Dentistry in Mesquite, and it will be my dental care home. The entire staff is so kind, sweet, and welcoming, and they truly make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. I came in with high anxiety and even waited 8 months before coming back because I wanted to take the most natural route possible, and they listened with patience and care and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Jaspreet Randhawa is amazing — she is so confident and proud of her work, and that confidence makes you feel confident and at ease too. I’m so grateful to have found a dental office that genuinely cares about their patients and treats you with so much compassion.

I have had the best experience and the best customer service from Kimberly and Angela. Dr. Randhawa and her dental assistant Karina are so caring, careful and kind. They have done excellent work. The Hygienist Cindy is also so amazing. God keep blessing these wonderful people. They really take care of their patients.

Where do I begin! In my past, I had experienced the fear and trauma of white knuckling through a dental procedure where I was not completely numbed. Seeing dentist after dentist thinking this type of treatment would get better, or maybe I was the problem. I dreaded every appointment. Until now!! Until my search brought me to Natural Dentistry of North Texas! Dr. Randhawa and her AMAZING staff (please forgive me as i don't remember a name). They were so kind and so patient with me. They definitely handled me with care and encouraged me through my fears. My dental technician was so reassuring and so encouraging, forgive me i dont remember your name, but thank you. This place is really like family! They offer the type of treatment anyone and everyone deserves!! I was able to complete my treatment pain free yall! NO PAIN!! Do you hear me!! NONE! For those who know, know. I will be back every 6 mths for dental care with Dr. Randhawa. I got it right yall and you can too! This place is the real deal and worth every penny! I can’t say enough great things about Natural Dentistry off Town East. I recently had to get a crown replaced along with a couple of old fillings, and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I was brought back, the dental assistant was incredibly kind and sweet—she made me feel completely at ease. Her professionalism and gentle care truly stood out, especially when it came to fitting my bite guard perfectly after the crown work. Dr. Randhawa was absolutely phenomenal. Even with multiple procedures spread over two visits, she remained patient, took the time to explain everything, and gave me clear options to consider. It’s rare to find a provider who blends clinical expertise with such a compassionate approach. The front office staff? Just as amazing—welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind every time I walked in. I’m moving soon and will sincerely miss this entire team. Thank you all for making what could’ve been a stressful process feel comfortable and cared for. You’ve set the bar high!
