You are all true professionals that care about each and every patient. Don’t let the name keep you from giving this office a try. This is not just cosmetic or implants. They are a Full-Service dental office and more! They will assess and address your overall related health, including Sleep Apnea. The office is state of the art, with the latest equipment for comfort, care and single-day procedures! The x-rays at my old dentist, which I got copies of, were so antiquated and blurry! An accurate assessment would have been impossible.😡 What a night and day difference in care I received at this office. First of all, you got me in so quickly when I was experiencing pain. I was met by Haley at the front desk. She was so welcoming with a cheerful smile. Haley took me back without delay and she was a delight and also was my dental tech. She used a wand to take new x-rays. It was so much more comfortable than those awkward film plates and having to bite down. Haley was so sweet and she stayed in the room with me while my daughter stepped out. The whole process was simple and easy and I never had to leave my wheelchair. Next, Dr. Henninger did a thorough assessment and sat down next to me (I’m nearly deaf). He made sure I understood as he explained what was happening and gave me care options based on my individual needs. He didn’t try to sell me. He didn’t try to push me into anything. He just talked to me realistically, so my family and I could make a decision that was best for me. At my age (90+) with many health issues, I was very concerned about an involved and lengthy treatment plan that I would not be able to physically tolerate. Dr. Henninger was so kind and gentle. He made me feel completely at ease. We decided the best course was to extract the troublesome tooth. He took care of that within minutes. Yes, within minutes! I didn’t even realize he had stitched me up! The whole process was very easy and painless. I was on my way home in no time. I was given a prescription for pain, but did not even need to finish the whole prescription. Dr. Henninger is an amazing dentist. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone having a need to go see Dr. Henninger and his wonderful staff at No County Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry (Ultimate Smiles). I have had the good fortune to obtain my dental care from North County Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry for nearly 10 years. The staff is friendly, attentive, and very professional. The dentists are top notch. The doctors and the technicians display industry leading knowledge and skills. They use the latest technology and best practices in all facets of the practice. I've had everything from regular preventive care, to oral and periodontal procedures, to implants. In each instance I was cared for well and had great outcomes. To sum it up, compared to the many other practices I've received care from over the past 65 years, moving to NCCAID is like going from a flip phone to an iPhone. I had my teeth cleaned by mari and it was wonderful! She constantly made sure I was comfortable and was gentle in my tender areas. She did a great job educating me on my oral health! My teeth felt clean for up to 3 weeks after! I will definitely be seeing her again!

Dr Henninger always makes me feel comfortable, relaxed and cared for. He has done a couple of Oral Surgeries on me and I have much less anxiety due to his expertise and overall caring attitude. All the staff ant this office are excellent! Very professional, courteous and accommodating . Top notch dentistry office all the way around!
