Oak Hill Dental

They were unremarkable, but I have now been in a nearly year-long back-and-forth with them. I've been trying to pay them for an invoice they won't accept payment for online, and they did not follow the standard of charging me in the office. Their hours are insanely limited, so unless you're unemployed, good luck trying to call them and pay them. Even if you call them during business hours, chances are they won't pick up. Don't worry though, they will call you back! They'll just wait until you're in meetings to do it and then they won't pick up once you return the call. Terrible experience overall.

I chose this dental office because they were in-network with my insurance and I was able to schedule an appointment for a date and time that worked for me. After scheduling, they called and texted to say that appointment was no longer available, so we rescheduled. No problem. Then they contacted me again to reschedule a second time, citing “continuing education” during that week. Now I have received a third text saying they need to reschedule again due to a “family emergency,” pushing the appointment out after May 18. I understand things come up, but being rescheduled three separate times before even being seen is frustrating and inconvenient. At this point, it does not give me confidence in their scheduling or communication. I must have the worst luck with them but definitely going somewhere else. I'm sure everyone else had a great experience but certainly not for me. Ridiculous.

Easily the best experience you’re going to have at a dentist’s office. I don’t have any staff or hygienist preference because they’re all extraordinary. Dr. Cantu is personable and always does well with setting expectations.

Dr. Cantu is the most superlative dentist I’ve ever known! His work is amazing and he genuinely cares about patient comfort during and after a procedure. His staff is also second to none. If you’re afraid of dentists like me, then Dr. Cantu is your dentist. I cannot give enough stars or recommendations for him and his practice! He is the BEST!

Everyone at Oak Hill Dental was so kind, considerate, thorough and knowledgeable! Made my dental experience better! Natalie is an awesome hygienist. Dr. Cantu took his time to review my x-rays and discuss my options. Nellie at the front desk was thorough and attentive and the technician who took X-rays was so gentle and considerate. I’ve been looking for my next long term dentist for a few years. I’d been here before but then went to two other places that were closer to me but I’ll be back to Oak Hill Dental even though it’s a longer drive.
