Yesterday was our first visit. The facility was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. They had nice stations and TVs for the kids attention. Lol they did everything they could to make my daughter comfortable it was just new and scary to her. She’s one. The Dr we saw was sweet and quick! Overall a good visit tears and all. She enjoyed the prize box and the stickers as well!!
This office has been life changing for my kids! They “beg” to go to the dentist just to see Dr. Claire and Dr. Jeff, not to mention the extremely patient hygienists, and the precious girls up front! You feel like family from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. I drive an hour + just to bring my kids back to this office. Thank you ALL for being a blessing to us! It matters, and we are so very thankful!
We recently moved to the area and Oak Mountain pediatric dentistry was recommended to us. Our first visit was wonderful. They saw both my 4 year old and 1 year old at the same time. Everyone we talked to was kind and made my children feel comfortable. They took time to get to know us and explain everything to my children. The office is beautiful and clean. The procedure itself was smooth, quick, and handled with such care. We are so grateful to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful experience feel so easy and reassuring. This office is wonderful! Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists and dentists is so warm and patient with my kids. They make the whole experience fun and stress-free, which makes such a difference. The appointments are efficient but never feel rushed, and they always take the time to explain everything. My children are very hesitant with strangers and we’ve had NO TEARS at any appointments and they are ages 1 and 3. My oldest actually looks forward to her appointments 🥹 This picture was after her first visit - all smiles!
The best experience! My daughter hall went for a big procedure and we could not ask for better staff, doctors or the anesthesia team. They treated her like family. Lots of praise, prizes and very soft spoken. She didn’t even shed a tear. Her procedure went faster than expected and we got refunded to make up the difference. I will recommend them to all!
