About Oral Facial Surgical Arts

Oral Facial Surgical Arts on Clear Vista Street in the Lake Whippoorwill area of east Orlando is a boutique oral surgery practice that prioritizes an unhurried, thorough surgical experience. Many high-volume oral surgery offices process a large number of extractions per day, which can feel rushed and impersonal to patients who are about to have surgery. Oral Facial Surgical Arts deliberately limits daily surgical volume to allow each patient sufficient pre-operative time with the surgeon, thorough anesthesia administration, and an unhurried procedure. Wisdom tooth removal is the core service, performed under local anesthesia or IV sedation depending on the patient's preference and level of anxiety. For patients who are nervous about surgery and choose IV sedation, the experience begins with a thorough pre-operative consultation where the anesthesia protocol is explained clearly, vital sign monitoring during the procedure is described, and questions are answered. The surgeon administers and monitors IV sedation throughout the extraction, and recovery in the office is supervised until the patient is oriented, comfortable, and stable for discharge. The Lake Whippoorwill location in east Orlando is accessible from Waterford Lakes, the UCF corridor, Avalon Park, and southeast Orange County. Beyond wisdom teeth, the practice handles select dental implant placements, tooth extractions for orthodontic or restorative reasons, and other surgical procedures within the oral surgery scope. Cone beam CT imaging is available for pre-surgical planning when standard radiographs are insufficient. Post-operative care is detailed: printed instructions are reviewed verbally at discharge, and patients receive direct contact information for after-hours concerns during the first 48 to 72 hours of recovery. Insurance is accepted and billing is handled in-house.

Oral Facial Surgical Arts on Clear Vista Street offers wisdom tooth removal with a patient-first surgical experience and IV sedation for east Orlando patients.

Staff was great! Went in for a wisdom tooth extraction consult and they were able to get me in same day! Took 15 min total for the whole consult and extraction. Also very sterilized and clean inside.

I would highly recommend Oral Facial Surgical Arts to anyone needing tooth work done! They were quick, effective, and caring when I had an extraction done. I have bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but they made me feel relaxed and well taken care of.

I had a very positive experience at Oral Facial Surgical Arts. The service was excellent, and the staff was extremely kind, professional, and communicative throughout my visit. The doctor was very honest and gave me the freedom to decide whether or not to follow his recommendation, which I truly appreciated. He prescribed the medication I needed, and they also provided me with a copy of my X-rays for my records. I highly recommend them — 100%.

Staff was awesome, doctor fantastic and my son is special needs and doctor explained what will happen. Can’t ask for better group but just have to wait for insurance approval before extraction. My son is a great kid and he said he liked the doctor a lot.

I have visited this office twice with my husband. In my experience, the doctor is very good, knowledgeable in his work. I like how he explains things, and he is very kind. We were referred by our dentist, and the experience has been very positive. The staff, in general, is friendly, but if you ask many questions, they don't always have the best attitude. The wait times are reasonable; we have always been attended to at the scheduled time.
