Danica is wonderful and makes a simple cleaning so comfortable and easy. The whole staff is very friendly and welcoming.

It was wonderful in every way from the beginning of the check-in to the Hygienist to Dr. Dana. A wonderful experience.

As a new patient, I had a great experience from start to finish. The office staff was incredibly friendly, and the office itself was clean, welcoming, and well maintained. Becca was my hygienist, and she was fantastic. She was professional, thorough, and made the entire cleaning comfortable and pain-free. Dr. Dana Wisseman came in afterward to review everything with me. She took the time to explain her findings, answered my questions, and provided helpful advice without making me feel rushed. Overall, it was an excellent first visit. I was so impressed that I scheduled my next appointment before leaving. Thank you to the entire team!

Five stars isn't enough! Ashley is knowledgeable, gentle, and always makes dental cleanings a comfortable experience. I've seen firsthand how much she cares about her patients and the pride she takes in her work. If you're looking for a hygienist who is professional, personable, and capable of convincing people to floss more often, Ashley is the one to see. Highly recommend!

There isn’t enough words to describe how amazing this office has been. I was extremely nervous on my first visit as it had been quite some time since my last time in a dental office and from the moment you step in, you’ll know it’s the office for you. All the girls up front, hygienist, assistant(Chandy) and of course Dr.Angel are absolutely lovely. From the start they are very clear regarding treatment, cost, etc. I always felt welcomed and never was judged from all the work I needed done. Thank you so much to Dr.Angel and Chandy, I wouldn’t have been able to go through everything without you two!

I had my first visit at Oregon Smile Care Center after relocating back to Salem, Oregon. The purpose was for evaluation and x-rays only. Every interaction with staff was pleasant and helpful. It was a very good first impression. I have now had my third visit at Oregon Smile Care Center in Salem. Today's visit was the second half of deep cleaning with both cleanings conducted by Danica. Danica is polite, informative and took great effort in helping me stay comfortable throughout the processes. I am now continuing maintenance cleaning with Danica.

Oregon Smile Care is an amazing practice with awesome people. The work they perform on patients is incredible. The entire staff is welcoming and informative. I personally have anxiety about the dentist period but having procedures done has been wonderful and peaceful. Dolly

First apt was great, made me feel heard and accepted. About a year and a half ago. When I went in they asked me my preferred name and pronouns and they were using them no problem. In addition, I warned them about mouth piercings I've had for over 10 years, and they were okay with that as well. I make an appointment about a year ago, my second to last cleaning. And they put me with a new doctor, this doctor would not stop telling me how dangerous the piercing over had for over 10 years was, and would not listen to me when I was trying to tell her. In addition, first time I was called my dead name on my chart, this being my 3rd appointment and it did not happen the first two. I go in for my 4th and final cleaning with this clinic, straight up calling my dead name off the jump, and calling me by the wrong pronouns. I understand that this is a unique issue and that many people may not agree, but that does not mean you bring politics to work. You respect patients. I simply will not be going back and will find another dentist with consistency and respect for patients. Also, worst lobby furniture ever. Update: the comment left by the owner clearly shows the lack of professionalism this clinic has. They disregarded what I had stated about my pronouns and preferred name not being used and instead said that I was blaming them for bringing politics in about my oral pricing, and not the obvious pronoun and name issue. In addition to that, personally attacking me for leaving bad reviews calling out toxic and unprofessional medical places such as this one.

Oregon Smiles’ Ashley is the best! She is always on time for my cleaning appointments and is super conscientious and thorough about assessing any potential areas of concern. Additionally, she personalizes each visit and I very much enjoy our conversations!

This place is truly amazing! I’ve been going for a little over a year and the service has never let me down! The clinic is aesthetically pleasing and everyone is so nice, kind, professional and welcoming! Julie, my hygienist is nothing short of perfect! I typically LOATHE going to the dentist but this office has changed my perspective for sure! As long as I live in Salem, I plan on this being my dentist! Thank you guys! Maria Butler
